Hillside Manor Healthcare and Rehab Center

My wife is at Hillside Manor Healthcare and Rehab Center. She has been there for about four months now. As I can see, they're not helping her with anything. They just lay her in the bed, and I come and feed her every day. I don't think they did any therapy with her. When you go there, they do short-term therapy, and then you become long-term, but I don't think she goes to any therapy. All they do is dress her sometimes and sometimes they lay her in the bed, and they feed her, that's it. My wife's room is filthy, dirty, and nasty. I see mice running around the floor. Some of the staff are good, and some of them are horrible. You got someone who is just there to get a check. From what I observed, they need to work on the staff because the staff are the people who watch the patients.

Hillside Manor Healthcare is OK since it's not somewhere I'm planning on letting my relative stay long. He doesn't like the food. The rooms are terrible, the staff is incompetent, but we had no choice because he had to go there from the hospital. They have activities, but I don't think he gets them because of COVID, but they have bingo, exercise classes, and they have a lot of therapy classes.
