Garden View Care Center of Dougherty Ferry was a very nice facility. The staff was very friendly staff, very accommodating, and very nice. I like the layout. I knew what my brother liked. It was really a small area, but they've got very nice staff and very nice people. We couldn't go a thorough tour because of the Covid. They had a salon, but I didn't get to see a lot of it. I had a cup of coffee, and it was good. They had a lot of things they offered in the memory care unit. It was just so restricted because of the Covid.

Garden View Center Center is a great place for your loved one. My Mom is very happy there and the staff is great. Thank you for all you do.

A very dear friend and neighbor was cared for at your facility for several weeks before going home on hospice care. I found the nurses, aids and physical therapists to be wonderful caring people. The facility is very clean, the food is good and everyone seems to truly enjoy what they do, All facilities of this nature are somewhat understaffed and I understand that. It is a very demanding job. Everyone i met did their utmost to provide compassionate and quality care. Thank you.

My father was in a horrible, neglectful nursing home before he was transferred to Garden View. He is doing so much better now. He is walking better, eating better, more content. No place is perfect, but they really try here. The management does not tolerate poor care, and that makes all the difference in the world. The physical environment is well maintained and clean. They have activities for the residents. My father is safe now.

Garden View seemed more like a nursing home, and my mom was in better shape than most of the people in there. The staff was outstanding, and the person I talked to was very nice. The rooms seemed nice.

This facility is understaffed and there is constant staff turnover especially among the aides. There are a few hardworking, caring staff, but most are indifferent or more interested in their smart phones than caring for the residents. You would think GV could hire more qualified staff for the outrageous fees they charge! Supervision is practically non-existent, and any complaints to management/supervisors will be met with sympathy and concern, but it's all phony, nothing really changes. I laugh when I hear the ad about "treating" your parents to a stay at Garden View! Sorry my relative is in this terrible place.

They are WAAAAAY UNDER STAFFED!!! For what individuals pay to live there they should have no issues getting staff but they pay next to nothing and love to hire someone in for one position then make them take another after they're already hired. They charge for EVERYTHING even if u don't want what they offer! HORRIBLE place to take your loved one!

My visit to Garden View was wonderful. It was a really first rate place with a quiet atmosphere. The staff was very efficient and very friendly. The residents were all well taken care of. We will go with this facility as soon as there’s a bed available.

It's a very big facility with 300 or more residents, I think. It's very homey with lots of activities for the residents. I guess we preferred a smaller facility for my mom so we did not end up choosing The Garden but it's a very nice place.

In general, the staff seemed to enjoy their work and they were well qualified. They were attentive to residents and got to know the residents to provide them with extra care. There were not a lot of amenities or extra programs offered that suited all residents. Two amenities that was very nice was the hair salon and the ice cream shop that were open daily. The rooms were a nice side, and allowed some room for the family to sit and visit with the resident. Finally, the doctors at the facility seemed to be very knowledgeable and took care of the residents.
