I got to see Benton House of Staley Hills. It looked nice. The rooms looked really good. I had no complaints. The staff was polite and very informative about their place. They had a dining room, an activity room, and a worship area. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean.

I found the Benton House of Staley Hills for my wife. It was close to my home and she's very happy there. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the people that worked there that were extremely friendly. They've been wonderful in helping me make the decision and telling me about everything I need to know. I went on the tour and the place was very bright and very open. I also met a number of the guests that live there. The folks were just friendly and cute. The place is very, very clean and bright. The courtyard, where my wife likes to go out, is very pretty and well-kept. I'm happy with the place. She has her own room that is very clean, bright, and well-kept. Before we moved in, it was painted, the carpets were cleaned and they're very open. She has a lot of room to move and she has her privacy. She's currently in their memory care. The food looks appetizing. When she first went in, we've been having some issues with her not eating, but now she's finally eating and the food looks appealing and appetizing. I have no issues with the food whatsoever. The dining room and the dining area are open. It has plenty of room to move, they're not cramped, and she enjoys sitting at the table with the other ladies. She's making friends with them, so I'm very happy with the facility. As far as the rest of the place, I don't know what they do but the other day, they had a walk where all the folks in the memory care walked through the facility to give them some exercise. They do have a little group activity where they draw and they also have this little balloon game where they bounce the balloon back and forth to each other. It's memory care so they're not that active in that area. My wife has only been there just about a week now.

We have been incredibly disappointed with the care of my mother in law. My husband has tried several times to discuss his concerns with staff but nothing changes. With every visit there is a new issue that is ignored by everyone from my MIL being covered in feces to a broken AC for weeks. Basic care needs of residents are neglected and communication is awful. Avoid this place.

Benton House of Staley Hills is brand-new, very clean, and the staff is immaculate. Our experience in moving my mom is very good. Some of the activities are doing puzzles, baking muffins, and I saw the staff reading to the seniors. The food is excellent, they even have a pasta chef, and it was outstanding.
