My mother has been in Fountainbleau Nursing Center since October. The facility is very clean. It's a single floor unit that has four wings, with 10 rooms in each wing. It also has a memory care unit which is what we needed, and it is close to where I live. My mom was allowed to have her own furniture in her room . The staff is very attentive and would report to me about how she's doing as far as her participation and her acceptance, medical care, among other things. They have activities like trivia, bingo, card games, bowling, and Bible readings.

My mom is currently a resident there and contracted covid and didn't get no breakfast or lunch and they won't even get a dr to c her to help treat the covid

This is an awful place. The care is horrible. The staff is lazy and do not provide proper care, especially if the resident has a cognitive impairment. Residents lay in soiled clothing and beds. Rooms are not cleaned regularly and smell. The food is less than desirable. I would not put an animal in this place. There is no structure, and residents have nothing to do but roam the halls. If it was possible, I would not rate this facility with even one star!
