We are currently on a waiting list for Stonegate Health Campus. My mother has been there before, so I knew what it's like and she got very good care. I toured again the place the other day and I was very happy seeing it. What I liked the best was there's an outside enclosed area for my husband with swings, tables, and chairs that the residents can use. The staff was very nice. Their dining area was in this big room where they do their activities. They bring them home-like meals and they just take what they want. It's more like what they're used to do at home. They have two different room sizes. When I was there, a group of women were coloring and they had other stuff up that they had colored and done. Sometimes they do cooking classes a little bit, too. Going into the room, there is a box that they bring in with pictures and stuff, so they will recognize that it's their room.

Stonegate Health Campus Assisted Living was very elite in terms of the décor and stuff. I would not be comfortable there. It was just like you felt like you had to be dressed up all the time. For my dad to be in a place like that, is not going to go very well. The staff did a very good job. It was clean, and I like that. It was more of a hospital setting because they had a nurses station, like in the hospitals. When they came for their lunches, they were all served in their rooms. They didnt' have a cafeteria or a dining room where they would go and have lunch; it was all in their rooms. They would bring the cart down the hall like they do in the hospitals and serve their lunch and stuff. You could smell that the food smelled like hospital food. It didn't smell like somebody cooking a roast or whatever. I don't know whether it was the staff's first time giving the tour or what, but she acted like she's very nervous. She was having a hard time keeping her mind on track. She just gave us all the pertinent information we needed, but she was a little nervous.

My dad has been at Stonegate Health Campus in Lapper. He's in rehab there and he's doing OK. It's been a very good experience. His room is very nice, he has plenty of space there. The people are also very nice. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the place. It's a very beautiful facility. It's clean, it's large, and it has plenty of spaces for everybody to walk around. It has little courtyards where you can go outside. The dining areas are opening up a bit more now. The COVID restrictions are kind of lifting a little bit. They already have tablecloths and little flower vases on the table. It's really very nice.

My Mom was taken there after breaking a hip. The people dont just do their job they enjoy working with and caring for the people there. My Mom loves the food, loves the people, the place is clean, they have lots of activities, and every one Ive met there is kind and always has a smile. They are always quick to call if Mom is being taken to a Doctors appointment or such things. Sure makes life easier when you know your loved one is taken care of. To all the employees there. Thank you. Bob Jager

I have a loved one at Stonegate Health Campus for physical therapy, but she's not getting any better and she's still having issues. They help her with pretty much everything, like taking medication, eating, dressing, showering, getting in and out of bed, and getting to the bathroom. She's only been there a few days and they do everything. They're very understaffed and they had a bedbug outbreak and they didn?t bother to tell anybody. It's a beautiful facility though.

I saw the single room at Stonegate Health Campus. You can get one with a kitchenette. The place was very clean. They had somebody who comes in on a weekend to do magic acts and interacts with the residents. The staff was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Would rate this as lower than 2 if I could. My uncle was there. He had dementia and had temper issues, which I requested that they get him evaluated for. They did not until he had a couple episodes They finally did not want him there. I was in Florida at the time. I had to make other arrangements from Florida and then they charged him fir two weeks because they did not bother to tell me his stuff needed to be removed. He only had a suitcase, a clock and some pictures. I finally got someone from housekeeping to box them for me. I emailed and called director. Terrible!!!!!

Everybody at Stonegate was willing to help. You could ask a question, and if they didn’t have the answer, they would go and find out for you. The nursing staff and the rest of the staff were super willing to help and find out what you need and worked with you on everything. They have 24-hour nursing, she has a room of her own, and she’s very comfortable. They have lots of activities; they have Bingo, crafts, and a Happy Hour on Fridays because they have somebody coming in to play music or they have movies.

When our mother was admitted to the facility we weren't sure how she would respond to care. What the Stonegate staff was able to do in a 1-month timeframe was beyond our expectations. We are happy that our mother is back home and living the independent life we didn't think she would be able to have again.

Stonegate is a beautiful place that cant live up to the expectations of how it looks. My grandma is there for rehab and the care she has gotten is horrible. The staff is very nice however they do not have enouh people there to do what needs to be done. If it weren't for my family going there several times a day and repeatedly asking for her to have things done they would never get done. It's incredibly ridiculous and disheartening for my grandma. She is 93 years old and very compliant with whatever they ask her to do but it repeatedly let down on a daily basis. If you love your family do not send them here!!

I have been here in Stonegate for a year now in December. It's wonderful here. It's beautiful and brand new. I love this place. The people are just wonderful. Food is also wonderful. They do provide three meals a day but I only eat two. I gained 30 pounds here. I was eating ice cream fro breakfast, lunch and dinner. They would give you anything you want anytime you want it. My accommodation here is awesome. In terms of activities, I don't really go to that many activities because they're not my age range. I would definitely recommend this place if they could afford it.

Mom is in Stonegate Nursing Home. The staff is excellent. The ratio of staff to residents are very high. Probably each area has thirty three resident and their goal is to have 99 staff members for three shifts, which includes the people that clean, cook, the nurses, the medical assistance. They are really well staff and they are taking good care of her. They also have a lot of activities. The only complaint I have is probably the menu because my mom didn't want a lot of salt or gravy. My suggestion may be is to have two different things to select for the meal. May be they can have two main choices for lunch and dinner.

My grandma is currently at resident at Stonegate. I was excited to read of their culture and their dedication to providing excellent care and service to their residents. I've been more than extremely dissapointed by what we've actually experienced. My grandma is in her third week of care there and aside from the physical therapy department - we haven't had a good experience. She isn't being cared for her based on her needs or what is in her best interest, no one has a direct answer or suggestion on what is next, I've been told more than once that someone didn't know an answer and there was no urgency in finding one. I 100% believe that her quality of care is dependent on the amount of time my family is at the facility begging them for the assistance her situation requires. It just appears that there isn't a specific game plane or care plan for my grandma. I've had to write up a treatment plan and present it to them and keep track of things. It's sad. She has spent so much of her life taking care of others. It just feels that Stonegate is WAY TOO BIG for their management abilities. The training is lacking and the follow through is horrible. Their marketing is nice though - so I hope it doesn't draw people in too quickly. They need to be able to not only set amazing expectations but deliver on them!

It's awesome here at Stonegate Health Campus. This is a brand new place so it's a very nice facility. It has just opened in December last year. They have very nice rooms. The people that work here are just wonderful. They are very, very nice. Also their food is great. We also got a whole list of activities here. Everything about this facility is great.

Though this is a newly opened facility (opened last week) and my dad has only been living there since last Friday, I am impressed with the quality of care, together with the welcoming atmosphere which has helped to ease his transition from independent living in his own home. The food looks delicious and tastes even better! The staff does much to include family members at every step of the process and stays in contact more than any other facility I have been involved in - and as a geriatric social worker, I have worked with most of the facilities in five counties.
