My dad was only St James for a week October 1 to October 8 & they almost killed him..Dehydration, Malnourished, fever black eye ,& wounds on his legs that he didn't have when he went in..he was walking, talking & eat when he got there & they Almost killed him..he in st John's hospital because of them

WORSE Nursing Rehab Facility that I have ever been two, the staff don't care about the clients and they treat them any kind of way, they lost all my brothers cloths and his glasses and teeth, but they wont admit it. I have called more than several times to speak to some in charge but I am told that they will call me back, I had to call the Detroit area on Aging to for them to check on the missing items. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, if you put your loved one here make sure you visit everyday because the staff DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE!!!

My mother is a resident in this facility. I am there everyday. Every issue or need that my sister and I have had is addressed immediately. The staff is friendly and curteous and are attentive to the needs of the residents. The place is clean. I have no regrets about choosing this facility.

The place is always clean and safe for seniors living there. Staff is friendly. My brother has been there since 1994 and he doesn't complain. It is a low budget type place.
