When we first arrived to Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab Center the atmosphere to us was to turn around & go back where we came from. They were not ready for my mom. Her side of the room was dirty & not clean. The CNA had to strip & make up the bed. By it being 10pm at night when mom was transferred to them we had to let her stay for the night. The facility was always short staffed & the administration had nothing but excuses. This was my brother & I first encounter with a nursing home & it was the WORST encounter. I would highly recommend you NOT leaving your love ones here.

The staff here is amazing! it is a big older facility with alot of heart and happiness!

My father was in Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab for about 2 weeks. He was in a dementia unit, it had no visual stimulation, and it reminded me of an old mental institution. They were 3 to a room, the rooms were large, and the bedding was not adequate. There were no bathrooms in the room, but they have three common bathrooms. The toilets were either leaking, clogged, or without water. They were short staffed, and the quality of the service was not adequate. I wasn't satisfied with the way the dementia unit was set up.
