The staff dropped my father on two occasions here. He was not that heavy, they were simply careless. The staff manager yelled at him for dropping a plate; I believe his name is Ted. If you have family here please let them be seen by another doctor. He was getting therapy after one of his legs was amputated and he DIED while in their care. We were informed over the phone of this and the receptionist seemed more concerned that we fill out the paperwork; we were not shown any compassion. The pictures on the site are also not an accurate representation of the living conditions. Take a look at the facility and see for yourself. His window couldn't even close all the way; when I informed the staff they did nothing to fix the problem, in the middle of February! Not recommended. If we could do it all over again he never would have came through their doors.
