Housed in a three-story former captain's house, Chilton House Rest Home is located in the quaint New England town of Plymouth, Massachusetts. Chilton House Rest Home is an independent living community for individuals aged 45 years or older. Most rooms in the remodeled building are private or semi-private with direct access to bathrooms. Residents have access to medication administration assistance, daily coordination between doctors and nurses, pharmacy services and rehab services that include physical, occupational and speech therapy. A registered dietitian oversees the food services, which can be adjusted to account for special dietary or functional needs. Chilton House Rest Home also offers hospice care, respite services, podiatry services and ophthalmology services.
