I toured Allerton House at Proprietors Green. It was exquisite. The staff were very friendly. They had everything that I could be interested in. They had a theater, they had a pub, they had transportation, and they had a lovely dining room. It's extremely clean. It was in a very equipped location for everything.

I toured Allerton House at Proprietors Green. It was exquisite. The staff were very friendly. They had everything that I could be interested in. They had a theater, they had a pub, they had transportation, and they had a lovely dining room. It's extremely clean. It was in a very equipped location for everything.

Allerton House at Proprietors Green looked beautiful, was very open, and very well decorated. It has plenty of activities and it's in a great location because there's a supermarket or a restaurant within 300 yards of the facility. The staff was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. There were many staff members interacting with each other and with my brother and I. They answered all of our questions. It's very well laid out, and there are a lot of room options.

We have had my mom there for only 1 month; disasterous : lack of care and putting blame on my mom is there " go to" excuse. They were not giving her showers and blaming my mom for refusal, not changing hearing aid batteries, and not reminding her to take her meds. All they did was push blame on my mom. Today was the last straw, they mistakenly put the wrong word on whether mom mom has a DNR ( I will not disclose due to privacy), but they got it totally wrong and said they do not have the paperwork. Well, they found the paperwork! This is absolutely unacceptable. Will report to licensing board..

My loved one was at Proprietors Green (Allerton House). They were not super helpful. It was a nice and clean facility, but they were not very much on the assisted side. They said they're assisted living, but they really didn't assist a lot. So I'm not really thrilled with this facility. I would not recommend them.
