"We chose them for my aunt. It's very warm, cozy, and beautiful; beautiful in architecture, and everything about it. It's a nice, warm place when you first step in. The staff is very attentive to the clients. The food is fantastic, and the residents are very happy. Lots of activities. They have bingo, trips, arts and crafts, they have a welcoming party when you first come in which is a phenomenal thing. A welcome dinner which made her really at home with a deejay, food, and family invited. It was a nice experience when you first came in."

"Sophia Snow Place is a very nice place. I had lunch, and the food was excellent. The director showed me around. They served all your meals and had high-quality stuff. The place was immaculate, and everyone was nice. However, I would be isolated because I don’t know anybody there, and I don't drive."

"I was impressed with the quality of the facility at the Residences. The guy who worked with the lighting made it very cheerful, and they were in the process of increasing the size of the facility by 30 percent. The apartment was about 500 to 600 sq. ft. The staff was very satisfactory. There were a lot of activities and a garden to maintain while getting ready for summer. They had a restaurant in the facility, and the food was better than most restaurants. "

"My parents moved into Stafford Hill. It is really nice and lovely. The room was what she was looking for. It is small and not really large; it is kind of intimate and it seems quiet. I like the staff and the food seems pretty delicious. And the location is perfect for me. The staff is young, energetic, and attentive. The rooms are beautiful. They have gorgeous floors, clean, with nice paint. They have beautiful windows with great views. They have wide doors, heavy closet doors, big closets, and a little kitchenette; it is very nice. I know they have a paint room where they can learn how to paint. She had to go in and be quarantined for 14 days so she's just now allowed to roam about and check out the stuff. It is very expensive, but I took it because there was a lot of value there."

"Linden Ponds was excellent. We liked it very much. The people, the activities, and everything else were all very interesting. They have a lot of things to do there. They had one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and they were great. We had lunch there, and the food was excellent. "

"There wasn't anything I didn't like about Fairing Way. I like the quietness of it, and I like the area. It was nice and clean. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice and very pleasant. The rooms were very nice, very presentable, and very clean. There's nothing not to like about that place. There were some activities. However, I wasn't there for too long. She showed me a place where they do parties, where they have functions, and they have a restaurant. The facilities were very nice. I would love to live there, but I couldn't afford it."

"Colonial Village is immaculate. The hallways are immaculate, and the grounds are clean. You're allowed a small dog or cat. They had Christmas and Thanksgiving activities, and they held monthly meetings."

"The facility is beautiful and well maintained. More importantly, the staff is fantastic, extremely friendly, and responsive to your needs. There are so many great activities that engage and entertain - something for every interest and ability. It is fun to meet the various residents, both in the dining room and in groups, and learn about their interesting lives. I couldn't recommend this home any higher!!"

"My mother is at Independence Manor. This staff is very friendly. I've had meals with my mother there, and the food is good. It's very clean and bright. They have a hair salon, a little store, a little recreation hall, and a library. She has been there for 11 years. They have things like bingo, and they take them on outings to different places when the weather is good or when it's safe for them to go out. They provide lunch, so my mother makes her own breakfast and her own dinner. She has a one-bedroom. It's the one she's been in for 11 years. She pays for her cable, telephone, and internet on her own. The place is very well kept. They're HUD housing, so it's 30% of your income."
