I chose Magnolia House Assisted Living for Mom. First of all, it's a one-level ranch. Secondly, they have a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, and an aide available daily. It's very clean. They worked with me on pricing, and it just seemed like a good fit. Their availability is for eight patients, and I think they have two double rooms. The rest are single rooms, but they looked pretty nice and clean when I went there. The staff was pretty caring. They have a board of activities that they carry out throughout each day. They have a huge sunroom that they built during Covid, so it's pretty nice for you to stay outside without really being outside. The neighborhood was a very safe and quiet residential area you could walk through.
