The Maples Apartments - La Plata was very nice, very scenic, very private, and up-to-date. They updated all of the units. They also have villas on the property along with the apartments, and you can also purchase homes there. The staff was very professional and very personable.

I toured The Maples Apartments - La Plata. It was a nice place. I would like to live there. When I was in there filling out my forms, the young lady was very pleasant. Any questions I wanted to know, she answered. The people were extremely friendly and had a whole conversation. The place was neat, clean, and a secure building. It was like a nice-sized building.

The Maples Apartments - La Plata was very inexpensive, much more inexpensive than anything else I've seen. I liked it a lot. I liked the apartment, and I thought everything was fine. It's not as nice as where I am now, but it's a rental community. I thought it was very good. Considering the price, I thought it was excellent. The unit was a one-bedroom, and it would have been just fine for me. The staff was excellent. They have a dining area, but they don't provide the food. The dining area was very nice, and their community room was very nice. They have outdoor places to sit and talk and socialize, and they have a workout room. They seem to have a lot.

I looked at The Maples Apartments - La Plata and I liked it. They had a beautiful apartment with a beautiful big bathroom. There's room around the sink to put your makeup, your toothpaste, brushes, and things. It had a walk-in closet, but it didn't have a balcony. It was an older place, but the rooms where everybody meets had been remodeled. They had some activities available, but not a lot. The person who showed me around was very pleasant. They had a tiny gym, a library, a computer room, and a big meeting room with tables and chairs.

The Maples Apartments was a very quiet and secure community. From what I could see, everybody seemed to enjoy being there. The lady who provided the tour was excellent. She was very nice. They have some game nights and little things that they do on certain days of the week. If you're interested, you can participate; if you're not interested, you don't have to participate. They do lunches and get-togethers, where they talk and try to get to know each other. They have a salon and laundry facilities in the building (the units don't have their own). It's clean and nice. All the residents seemed to love it, and they're very friendly. The cafeteria, where they ate, was gorgeous. I liked how that was set up.
