The management team is disconnected from the well being of the residents placed in their care. Beautiful facility but the memory care facility should be closed because the leadership team is clueless about how to provide care for residents with dementia. Beware! What you will hear from the marketing team does not represent reality. Awful experience.

Springwell Senior Living Community was nice and they offered a lot of services. The rooms were very nicely appointed. They had a building that's full service and another a little bit more independent. The independent living was very nice. It had nice cafe and nice apartments. The staff was great. Kim showed us around and she was very knowledgeable and knew everything that was going on with the community and all the events that they had there. They had 1-bedroom apartments and it had a kitchenette in them. They had a gym. The facility was brand new, so everything was very clean and very nice.

My job requires me to visit many assisted living facilities on a daily basis. I am an Emergency Medical Technician in Baltimore, Maryland. Through out the day, I transport patients to hospitals, appointments, assisted living facilities, and home care. I have seen many assisted living facilities in my years as an Emergency Medical Technician. One facility that stands out to me is Springwell Senior Living in Baltimore, Maryland. This is one of the cleanest and well staffed facility that I have worked with. The Certified Nursing Assistance's are very well trained and very polite. They take the time to make sure the patients are properly cared for and taken after. The building is very well kept. I have seen the custodial staff work at making sure the building is clean and tidy. I have seen Certified Nursing Assistant's cleaning patients and changing sheets. The supplies are stored orderly in clean storage spaces. The staff really takes pride in providing the patients with quality service and a caring hand.

Springwell is elegant and stately but very friendly and warm. The neighborhood is very much a part of the Springwell Community. Medical services (doctor, nurse practitioner) are excellent, and safety issues are always a priority. Dining services vary from day to day - can't please everyone all the time - but dining facilities are pleasant and attractive. Activities are numerous and many opportunities are provided for getting out and about as well as being active within the communiity. The staff are, without exception, friendly, courteous, thoughtful and caring.
