Oakwood Care Center is a nice facility. The staff is friendly and seem to care about their patients. It’s conveniently located but doesn’t have much parking available. It’s paid for by Medicare right now. The cost is comparable to others.

Ivy Hall was where my mother transitioned to assisted living. Overall, it was very good. The only thing I ever noticed about any of the nursing homes is the smell when you go in. They have a strong urine odor. I would recommend them, but they should improve on the general smell when you walk in the front door.
