Facility is dirty. Residents are not attended to very well. Our family member was often left in bed and dirty. My family requested that our family member be taken out of bed and dressed everyday, which was completely ignored. Staff did not bath our family member often. SOme staff members were unprofessional and rude when you ask questions, especially the residents individual nurse.
