I am a daughter of a parent who was suppose to be getting temporary therapy/rehab after a major surgery here. I will first start off with saying I am very disappointed and unhappy with how my momma was treated. She isn’t a person who asks for help unless it’s absolutely necessary & then after having an accident was left to sit in it and then when they did finally decide to “help” her they made her feel belittle and as if she was a problem and they didn’t want to help her. This was done by a 3rd shift employee. This caused my mommas anxiety to also be worse than it already was from not being at home. I do have to say the couple of nurses on first shift loved my momma and was great with her. They apologized & told me they were so sorry and she shouldn’t have experienced what she went through. The CEO has reached out to my parents and told her the individual would be reprimanded but that means she is still there and it’s possible it will happen again and how many has she done this to prior to my momma. I personally do not recommend My momma was brought home immediately after I found out what happened. I’m only giving a 2 star bc of the two good nurses that she had

The room was great, always kept so clean.The staff was wonderful, very professional and always helpful.

I want everyone to know that the care is excellent. All of the staff know their jobs and duties. The therapy team is very knowledgeable and caring. I had shoulder surgery and came here for rehab. I also had issues with my hip. Staff are jovial and hospitable. The Administrator and DON's door is always open. They are easy to communicate with and will help you with anything you may need. The facility is very clean and my private room and the food is fantastic!

My father was at Signature HealthCARE at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital and I do not want him to go back there. They weren't attentive. They didn't come when he turned the nurse call light on. The food wasn't great. I was unhappy overall. They didn't have any activities when he was there. There were a couple nurses that were really good and the building was nice.
