I was there for 3 months due to a stroke and they were very professional tending to me,the therapy was great and nurses really helped me on my preparation to be released from the faciliy.the staff treated me like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone

My sister was placed in this facility during the Covid shutdown, so visitation was not an option. I would call weekly to check on her and was told "she's fine". Was also told she wasn't answering her phone in her room (I thought I may have written number down wrong) so they said to just call the nurse's station. About a month ago they contacted me (her guardian) that they sent her to the hospital due to aspirating some food. The hospital doctor told me her BMI was 17 and she hadn't been eating or being fed for a while. She passed away about a week later. I have contacted Regis Woods to get her personal possessions and get voicemail for every department I'm sent to with no return call. I wouldn't put my dog in this facility.

My close friend was not given food or water and had to go to ER where he died. ICU nurse didn't need me to tell her about the care, she knew from his labs.

My grandmother is at Regis Woods and I am really impressed and happy that she is being well cared for my the staff there. The rooms are nice and kept clean as well as the rest of the facility. The residents get to engage in several activities during the day! Thank you for taking care of my grandmother and providing a safe place for her!

Regis was great to my brother. Private rooms on rehab are like a hotel. Therapy helped get him strong and nursing helped get him better so he could return home. We love it here and won't go anywhere else!

This place is great! The staff are very caring and therapy is awesome! They helped me get back on my feet so I was able to go home. I would recommend 100%. I was slightly hesitant because of the previous reviews but I am glad I gave it a chance. I will definitely be coming back here after my next knee replacement

stay away they are nothing but trouble they will not bring the medicine on time even after it is asked for you may get it 3 hours after you ask for it and the nurses rather argue with you and I have took up to the nurse supervisor 3 times and it has not helped they do not want to do nothing for you please don't put nobody throw this even your worse enemy

Terrible Experience. My mother had to wait Over 2 hours for them to bring her the pain relievers. She ended up with an infection due to the cleanliness of the center. The Caretakers constantly acted like they did not want to do anything for her. They never came on first call. Overall the cleanliness and care given was terrible. My mother is Muslim so we specifically requested NO PORK on her kitchen menu and they still gave her pork MULTIPLE TIMES. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff really seemed to be caring, and it is really going very well for my mom at Regis Woods. They take good care of her. They have a beauty salon, and they also play games. They also have people come in to do music.
