My mom moved to Legacy Reserve at Fritz. The staff is very professional and the place is very clean. They have lots of recreation. They have different kinds of rooms where they could go to do rec and then they have a physical therapy room. It's nice. They do a lot of outside things and inside things and they always have things that every Friday they have something for them called late night or something like that. She likes the food. If it's not what she likes, they'll fix something else for her.

When we first moved my In-laws into the Legacy it was wonderful, but as time went on things changed. Their staffing was terrible and there was constant turn over. They did not follow their own rules and left medicine in rooms and told my In-laws to give it to themselves or worse, gave it to the sitter and asked her to do it. They did not update the care plan or follow through with care. They then made these issues ours as we discussed things in the hall with staff and they should not be responsible for recording it. The food was terrible and for the price we were not very happy.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz was high-end, and I really liked it. As far as for my sister, I felt like it was expensive. I felt like she would be paying for amenities that she absolutely wasn't going to use or be able to use. It was very nice if you're used to high-standard living. They had a bar, and the staff said some people had a soft drink, and it was more like a social thing. And they had a really nice movie room. It was super nice, but it was a little pricey. They had a beautiful courtyard, too. They had buffets out there in the summer. If we were able to do that and be able to afford it, it would be great. They were full, too, so a lot of people liked it. It was excellent. I had no faults with it at all. Everybody was upfront. They actually took me a little bit early because the weather was so bad. I thought, while I'm out, I'll just stop in there and see, and they were very accommodating. I saw nothing that I had a problem with other than that it was very expensive and there were amenities that would not fit our family. The staff member who toured me around, her name was Jacqueline, and she was very, very nice. She took me an hour before my appointment. She was good. She took me all through and explained everything really good. With regards to dining, they had lots of options. They had three or four different dining rooms. It was spotless and very beautiful inside.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz was beautiful and well-kept. It's very clean. I loved the people who lived there and the people who worked there. The room was very nice and bigger than I thought it would be. When we went the first time, it was Jackie that we met and then we went again yesterday and we had Jacqueline. That's two different people and they were both just great. The food was really good. We ate yesterday. That's how we went back.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz was nice. It's a beautiful place. It's the newest and the most expensive. The rooms were brand new and very nice. They had full kitchens. It feels more like an apartment living, not like a senior living place. The staff were very friendly and seemed nice. The living atmosphere was great. It was almost like a small town. There was a cafe or you could eat in the dining room, they had a beauty shop, an indoor pool, and they had a sports bar. They had plenty to do there for seniors. If you're not going to compromise your independence, it offers everything that you have in one building. I would have loved it for my mother, but it is more expensive.

We toured Legacy Reserve at Fritz but it was full. It's like a posh hotel and had beautiful surroundings, but the rooms were tiny and the storage space was small. It had all the amenities in the world. They had chef-prepared meals, and it's got a fantastic reputation. They had a fitness center, and on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy. They had a beautiful pool area and outdoor screened porches.

I went to Legacy Reserve at Fritz. It's very new and very clean. They have a similar type of activities and a similar type of layout to the other facility. It was nice, it was new, it's just not what I was looking for. I believe they had a gym facility for physical therapy that was very nice. What I think they probably need to improve on if anything, is more information about what they offer. It was more difficult to find what was available and what kind of activities were available. Those were explained to me directly, but if you look through their web page, it wasn't nearly as informative as I was expecting.

I toured Legacy Reserve at Fritz. The public places were very large and pretty. It looks luxurious and kind of like a resort. My first impression of the room was that it was very tight, which meant to me that it's very solidly built and insulated. The bedroom and the living room were together. It's a very small loft. The person who assisted me was very nice, When she found out I couldn't afford the place, I think she was in a hurry to get out of there. I did ask her, "Can I at least see a loft? " She took me up the elevator and showed me one of the smallest rooms, a loft. I think that was like $2600 a month. I left there thinking, "I can't afford this place." I didn't eat there, but they had a café. I thought that was pretty good. The halls were very wide. They had a salon, and I thought that was cool. I didn't see any activities. I saw people just pushing walkers around, walking with canes, sitting and talking, and that's all. It looked pretty clean to me.

Although a fairly new building, there are a bit of maintenance issues and when reported, they don’t always get addressed. This is definitely a for profit company. The staff lacks that empathy you would expect your love one to be receiving. Administrative staff contradicts its policies and one another, are not very responsive to repeated problems and aren’t familiar with the policies. They make many accounting mistakes and blindly charge extras without no documentation. Food orders are often inaccurate though we realize the pandemic has affected food supply. I would encourage you to look elsewhere as this company is having growing pains. The sells point of offering some transport is never available.

We found mom a nice place at Legacy Reserve at Fritz. It was within our budget and it's a nice place. They have two places for them to eat, whether they wanted to dine-in like a restaurant, or they had a place where you could order a hamburger. They had a theater and an indoor saltwater swimming pool. The fitness area was huge with TVs. The apartment had a full kitchen in it, and it's brand new with granite countertops. It's bright, and the ceilings in there had to be at least 10-foot tall, which amazed me, so it's real airy. The seniors that were walking around there were happy, talking, laughing, and joking. It's a nice place. The staff was friendly, very informative, answered our questions, and was very thorough about showing us around and showing us all the humanities and letting us know about the security, about how if something happened to mom, what the procedures for that are. He was great. I saw the menus and he explained to us how the menus change and mom's gonna love it. She gets a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and her laundry is in her apartment.

I did a tour of Legacy Reserve at Fritz. I think the only thing that kind of put me off would be the location; it was not as easy to get in and out of. It was on very busy roads, it was just a little more difficult, that was the only drawback. That was not a big drawback, but it was just a very busy area. The people were nice and efficient; I had to be with Jacqueline, who was in charge of the memory care. It was very clean and efficiently run. They had an outside garden and they had things planted that the residents could grow if they wanted to, and they had access to that outside area. I think that's nice.

My wife and I both toured Legacy Reserve at Fritz. We liked it. it's a very nice place. It's relatively new. I think it's only been open about three years. It seems to have all the amenities. Some of the nice things are an indoor saltwater pool and have water aerobics, which is nice. Their food was OK, but it wasn't great. It didn't rank too high on that. The staff were very nice and very helpful. There are a lot of people that are living there that lived in Frankfort, and some of them I worked with; there were people that we knew. It's in a good location, and it is well taken care of. It's still on our list; we haven't marked it off, but it's not number one. I haven't found the activities to be all that different from place to place. They all seem to have quite a few activities for people. They have movies, exercise classes, parties for special occasions, and so on and so forth. We looked at a studio, and it's a reasonable size for a studio. There's not a lot of room. It was OK. It's fairly new, so it's well designed and well laid out. They have a nice courtyard with terrace, fountains, tables and umbrellas and so on. It's very kept up very nicely. The staff was very good and very nice. Instead of eating in the dining room with the regular selections, they had us sit in a little bistro, and we ordered off a menu that was all sandwiches. What we had was kind of average.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz has all the amenities and even a pool. They have everything you could want, like an exercise room, and a theater where they have a gigantic screen and the residents can watch ball games. My sister had a nice big 2-bedroom apartments with big windows that were perfect for her plants. It was a very nice place but it's expensive. They have little restaurants you can eat in, they have a dining room, a little bistro and 2-3 other restaurants you can eat in. It was just a very nice community.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz was new and very big. It had hard granite and polished floors, and the noise seemed to reverberate back and forth because of the hardness of the walls and floors. The staff was a little overbearing. There's just too much interaction with the staff.

The food here is top notch! This is a beautiful facility that is very modern and includes many amenities. Ultimately my mother chose another home that seemed to be a better fit for her, but this was a very close second. I would strongly recommend it based on my two visits.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and every apartment had a balcony. The staff was accommodating, inviting, and hopeful. The food was good and there were three different areas where people could eat: a café, a formal dining area, and cafeteria upstairs. They also had a salt water swimming pool, activities, yoga, a salon, and a courtyard. There's also availability of additional care for independent seniors, or they can contact outside help if they needed more assistance with care and wanted to stay longer in the independent living level instead of moving to assisted living. The memory care unit had 24-hour nursing staff available to help with meds or light housekeeping. The place was gorgeous, and they had extra benefits for veterans. They were across the street from a shopping center with restaurants, and they take the residents over there or to church.

Legacy Reserve at Fritz Farm was top-of-the line, and the staff member who gave us the tour was very professional. We moved along the tour with ease, and she was very informative. The place was very clean and I liked the different choices in the sizes of rooms available. Plus, I find that the price was also reasonable for the services provided. I saw the interaction between the staff and residents, they would talk to them and call them by their first name, there was laughter, and they were engaged.

Everything at Legacy Reserve at Fritz was excellent. The community was brand new and top of the line. They had an exercise room, a heated pool, beauty salon, and more, and had everything pretty much covered. The rooms were gorgeous. We were invited back for a meal.

My friend is going to move in to Legacy Reserve at Fritz in September. They were pretty much incomplete. It's brand new and it's in the process of being built, but part of it is finished. It was absolutely great. We met with the lady named Jackie and she was very thorough. We went into a model because they did not have a finished one for us to go into. The thing that really sold Audrey was the kitchen, because it was the only unit she visited that had a dishwasher. She wanted a stove and a dishwasher because she still enjoys working in the kitchen, and that was the decision maker for her. Also, she said if she doesn't feel like cooking, she can go down to the dining room and have dinner. She is not ready for someone to totally take care of her and she still wanted to be able to be independent. However, they were supposed to have a food tasting, because you couldn't go to the dining room because it wasn't finished. They were supposed to have this really high quality chef hired to cook food. We thought we were actually going to a food tasting, but when we got there, there wasn't enough food for people to even taste. What we were served was not high quality or anything. It was chicken salad and a fruit bowl basically with some brownies. That is the only thing I would rate them poorly on. We're hoping when the dining room opens that that will be much better. We don't know what to expect as far as food goes because we never had a chance to eat in the dining room.

I did a quick tour at Legacy Reserve at Fritz. It's not totally finished yet. It seemed very nice, and it seemed that it is going to have lots of amenities. I only saw 1-bedroom floor plan that was finished. It was very nice, very new, and it looked great.
