I have lived at Greenway Manor for the last 10 years. It is not the best but not as bad as some would have you to believe.. I feel safe here. Have not had any problems with other residents or management staff. Greenway Manor is just as good as any other apartment complex in this city.

This building is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Some questionable residents are begging for money and other items, dogs barking constantly with paper-thin walls. Look elsewhere, seriously. This place is disgusting.

This is a senior high rise in downtown Wichita, close to the business and river district. Rent is based on income. While there are many benefits to living in a senior focused community, this is not one of my favorites. If your loved one is still pretty independent and can get out and enjoy the city, this will work. Otherwise, there are no grounds to speak of. The apartments are cookie cutter. Plenty of programs here, which I like. Site coordinator keeps an eye out for the residents. If choices are limited, this will serve a purpose and will be safer than living obsecurely in the community, but look around and compare if you have some choices.
