I like Friendship House very much. The only thing about it was that they told me that I had too much money coming in to live there, and that's the part that really kind of ended our relationship. The layout was great. The staff and the residents were very friendly, so I enjoyed it. I wish I could have stayed there. It was great all over. The facility was excellent.

My grand mother is a resident at the friendship house. I am extremely grateful for the security measures they take to keep all residents safe. I also like the fact the backdoors require a key or can only be opened from the inside.The building is always clean and well maintained. The staff are always helpful and friendly, which is also important. I feel like they go out of the way to make everyone feel comfortable.The commons area also has separate rooms for bingo, cards, and games to keep the residents occupied. It gives the elderly a safe place to mingle with other adults and have fun.I appreciate the fact that they give residents their personal space but also check on them if they haven't been heard from in a few days. To also keep a safe environment they put pull cords which alerts staff if there is a problem in the residents rooms, also very important to me.The friendship house has been a God send to my family and me. We know our grand mother is very well taken care of while maintaining her independance.
