"My mom has been living at Signature HealthCARE for almost a year now. The administrative staff is very friendly and very helpful. However, we have found that they don't seem to have enough nurses and aides to really go around. We are not entirely satisfied with my mom's care there. They're very friendly, but it is just we don't feel there's enough people working there. The rooms are very typical nursing home rooms. There are usually two residents to a room. Each has a bed, a night stand, half of the closet, and a place to put a TV if they have one. They have a decent amount of activities too. I know they do crafts, they bring in animals to visit the residents, and they can also provide transportation to doctor's appointments and to the store, though I don't know how often they do that. The dining room is very beautiful. It is big and open with lots of tables and a whole lot of windows, which makes it very bright. They also have a lady who comes and plays piano, which my mom really enjoys. "

"Horrible experience this time on the rehab wing,they let my pain meds run out,told staff my bladder n left kidney were really hurting(I've had kidney failure twice,I suffer from chronic kidney disease)requested an ambulance they denied me told me to calm down there was nothing wrong they done blood work and a urine test came back positive for a urinary tract infection n bladder infection,my husband had to empty my trash strip my bed n put clean sheets on it for me,had a male aide that was drunk and he touched me inappropriately one nite this place needs shut down Pray I NEVER have to come back here"

"My mother's stay in Cumberland Pointe has been fairly positive so far. Of all the facilities I visited, it is the only one that I saw where residents were socializing in the common areas. I thought that was a good sign. The activity program is okay. They have two field trips a week that my mother likes. The room that she is in is fine. The food they are serving is good and healthy. However, I'm not thrilled with the level of medical care they're giving my mother. I just learned that they stopped giving my mother physical therapy last June and didn't tell me about it. I'm not happy about that. Also their medical director is on leave and I think right now this is the biggest deficit because the doctors who are covering for him are not doing a very good job. I can't rely on them and I have to take my mother to outside doctors for everything. Also this facility doesn't offer enough transportation so I'm concerned about how my mother would get to her appointment if I'm unavailable. "

"My husband is moving to Mulberry Health. I think it's a nice place. He was in their daycare and we enjoyed it. Mulberry is our home. We've had many friends and family there, so it was the most logical place for him to go. They have a two-bedroom, which includes a TV and a recliner. The living atmosphere is very good. They have all kinds of gardens and they have solariums at the end of their buildings where the residents can sit and look outside. They have an activities director. I already know what the activities are because he was up there in their daycare. They have music, readings, games, and all kinds of stuff, particularly in his area. They have other areas too. He's going to be in the memory unit and that's a lockdown area. They are their own community by themselves. The food was made up every time he went. They always made sure he was there and had his meals. I was up there with him during lunch and the food has always been very, very good. They have a good variety. Every day they have two entrees and then they have all kinds of sides and vegetables. They roll it in a big cart and it comes right straight out of the kitchen. The staff is an A+. He's going there because I know the staff in his area. I used to know the workers, the nurses, and the aides that worked with him."

"My sister placed mom in the Milner Community Health Care Center. We looked it up online, and it was ranked 4.9 over 5 in caregiving, and we thought that looked pretty good. They had a lot of activities for her to do, and she gets out of quarantine on Thursday, and she'll get a roommate. They have FaceTime, all the TVs in the rooms have where you could call the nursing home, and they will hook her up to the TV, and we can actually FaceTime her and talk to her. It's like having face visits, 'cause window visits were OK, but it's hard to look through the window and talk, and she can't hear that well, but she enjoys having FaceTime. They have a wing for quarantining, they test her, and they make sure she doesn't have the virus, and she gets into the regular community, and gets to talk to people. My sister said it's very clean, the people are friendly, and they treat the residents nice, so she was overly impressed with it. They have a sunroom area that they disinfect after each visit, two people can go in at a time and talk to her, after 20 minutes the visiting is up, and they disinfect it for the next family coming in. They feed her her meals, and make sure she's taking her medicines."

"We were satisfied with the care that my mom received from St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center. It was not a very big facility, so we felt she was safe and secure. The staff were awesome and caring. "

"The grounds at Wesley Manor are beautifully landscaped. The buildings are current, and well-kept. I have visited a few assisted living facilities, and none of them were on par with what Wesley Manor offers. My grandmother was happy there. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and informative. The assisted living at Wesley Manor was great. My grandmother had a very nice, clean, modern one bedroom apartment. She was very independent, but still needed help doing some daily tasks. The staff was not intrusive, but made sure that my grandmother was well cared for. The tasks she asked for help with were done regularly, and well.While I was visiting, the staff brought me a menu shortly before lunch time. The menu was great, and they delivered the meals from the main facility directly to my grandmother's apartment. I enjoyed seeing my grandmother cared for, but still able to hold on to her sense of independence. Moving to Wesley Manor's assisted living apartments was a great decision for her.Later on, when my grandmother needed more medical care, she moved into the main facility on the same property. The staff and amenities were equally as impressive. If I ever have another family member who needs assisted living care, I hope they go to Wesley Manor. I am grateful that they made my grandmother as happy and comfortable as possible while she was with them. "

"I had a great stay at clinton house facilities. The rooms have plenty of storage and space for all of your needs. The staff is excellent and very courteous and caring at all aspects of the job. There are plenty of activities to do to keep you busy, baking and bingo are two of the house favorites. They allow you to bring whatever amenities you want and the rooms include a tv with cable and very clean beds. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need, the staff, nurses, and all faculty are exceptional. Very thorough therapists I had a great stay and was taken care of at the top level. "

"My mother was a patient her and we found it to be the best place for her. She was treated very well by the staff. The food was great and the place had things to keep her mind off her problems. She liked playing Bingo, the sing alongs, and all the things she had missed. If you have a love one that needs special care, I truly would recommend coming here. By the way, the staff is #1 in our books."

"My mother is currently a resident at Williamsburg and I could not be more happy with her care. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of room for both her and her roommate. They try to be very accommodating and try to match up residents that they think would be good together. The staff has been extremely caring and patient with all of her needs and even go above and beyond to make sure she has everything she needs. They answer lights in a timely manner. The facility is clean. As typical for most nursing homes, the rooms are kind of dull, but they encourage residents to make it homey by bringing in items from home to make it comfortable. Williamsburg has the typical activities daily to keep residents active and social. We visited all of the area nursing homes before making our decision for Williamsburg and one thing that was attractive to us was the fact that they have three separate meeting rooms for visitors to congregate when needed. That is a huge plus. We visited several nursing homes that did not have this option. Overall our experience has been very positive and we are happy with our decision of choosing Williamsburg. "

"I visited Lane House. I had no problem with them except that their rooms were double occupancy. Other people that I knew who had relatives there, and they liked it, but it would not fit the criteria that my father would want. They were OK, but it was not what we were looking for. The director gave us the tour and explained very well what their philosophy was, how things worked, how they did, and how many staff members they had. We were informed of what care you would be under. "

"There's a lot of noise here in Green-Hill Manor and I don't care for that, but the people that work here are nice and friendly. The facility is also very nice. They keep it clean. The food is just not up to the quality that I've been used to. There's a smoking area and bingo games, but that's about it."
