I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My mother has been there for one week now for rehab after surgery. Their staffing is poor. They don't respond to call lights in a timely manner. My mother had two incidents in one day where her call light was on and no one came to assist her to get to the bathroom and she wet herself twice in one day! She is not incontinent - she just can't get up and walk to the bathroom by herself due to knee replacement surgery 10 day prior. She was there 5 days before they installed arms on the side of the toilet for her to use to get up. The arms are too narrow so she can't clean herself up after going to the bathroom which she is very capable of. Here we are 4 days later and still have not had wider arms installed.
