My mother is currently a resident at Williamsburg and I could not be more happy with her care. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of room for both her and her roommate. They try to be very accommodating and try to match up residents that they think would be good together. The staff has been extremely caring and patient with all of her needs and even go above and beyond to make sure she has everything she needs. They answer lights in a timely manner. The facility is clean. As typical for most nursing homes, the rooms are kind of dull, but they encourage residents to make it homey by bringing in items from home to make it comfortable. Williamsburg has the typical activities daily to keep residents active and social. We visited all of the area nursing homes before making our decision for Williamsburg and one thing that was attractive to us was the fact that they have three separate meeting rooms for visitors to congregate when needed. That is a huge plus. We visited several nursing homes that did not have this option. Overall our experience has been very positive and we are happy with our decision of choosing Williamsburg.

I want to know why the nursing home is understaffed so that residents get BED SORES? They are also AFRAID to tell on the staff. Staff treats friends and family members like they are stupid.
