"My aunt moved into Silver Birch of Evansville. They have been absolutely amazing. Their communication is fantastic. They are very welcoming. I don't have anything bad to say about them. For her, she has medication and shower assistance. She has three meals a day that are cooked for her. They do outings. They clean the room twice a week and do her laundry. They have an art room. They have game rooms. They have activities available all throughout the day. They have arts and crafts and games."

"Good Samaritan was kept good. Mother was in was a double room, and she had a roommate. The food there was good, but I just didn't see a good number of staff. "

"Rooms are clean and inviting. Perfect size for my mom! She enjoys visiting with her neighbors but can shut the door anytime for privacy! She loves the variety of food options but is allowed a small frig for extra snacks and juice. I feel much better with my mom here with trusted caregivers to help her with anything and everything. Also like the security of the front door being locked all the time in this day and age. Staff are friendly and helpful."

They were not our original choice when looking for somewhere to care for him, but in the end they were the best choice. They always seemed to have plenty of staff every time we visited (always unannounced) and the residents everywhere seemed happy. Although not originally evaluated for the Alzheimer's unit...they worked with our family to move him there for dementia care. During his last days they worked with us and hospice to guide him gently home! "

"My relative moved to Holiday Retirement Village. The facility is very clean, homey, and very welcoming. The rooms are very large and nice, and he is very happy with it. We're very happy with the staff. They've been really responsive, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a daily schedule of activities that they can participate in, and they will take them places. They have bingo. For the value, they're pretty comparable depending on the care. I helped him with his menu and asked several times how he liked it. He likes it and he gained weight in the first four days."

"I toured the Heritage Center. They were very helpful in guiding me to the right spot. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. They showed me some of the rooms and they were very nice. The dining area was very big with tables. There were quite a few residents there having snacks. It seemed that they were taken care of very well. The atmosphere was very good because the residents were all talking among themselves and a couple of the staff members were interacting with them. They had sunrooms and they had a flower garden."
