My relative is in Homeplace of Henderson - Adams Lane. It is a comfortable environment. They have daily activities. They have a salad bar and soup available for visiting family. The staff is friendly, attentive, and caring. The aides seem to care about the residents. They're friendly with them and take good care of them. The physical appearance of the facility is pretty good. They have daily exercise, Zumba once a month, arts and crafts weekly, and bingo weekly.

Colonial Senior Living is very nice and new. It has been open for two years now. The staff members are most accommodating and very kind. The food is magnificent. It is home-cooking; it is excellent. I have a 2-bedroom where I have one big bathroom and a patio. Our breakfast is served from 7 to 9 a.m., lunch is served from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and evening dinner is 5 to 7 p.m. We have exercises, Bible studies, bingo, and cooking activity. A girl comes around in a van and she brings us books from the library. She comes every week. She finds out what you like and provides books of your selection. Once a month we go out and have dinner some place, and they provide transportation for us.
