My sister was living at Ciel Senior Living of Long Grove. It's very clean and very friendly. Their approach was excellent. Their food was sufficient, but it could use a variety. My sister's room was more than adequate. It's a nice size. She was in one with a bedroom, a front room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. They did Scrabble and bingo, and they went out for lunch.

I went to Ciel Senior Living of Long Grove. I like it a lot. I like how modernized it is, the room space, and the way the staff was nice to the residents. They are professional, nice, and sweet. They provide three meals a day.

I like Ciel Long Grove. I have tried their food, and it was very good. I had a cheeseburger. It was the best food that I've had of all places. The appearance of the facility was very nice. The people were very friendly and very nice. I liked the rooms. The activities they offered were pretty decent, too. The person who helped me was very, very informative and very nice. Everyone seemed very nice. I met a lot of the staff. The community feels a little bit smaller. Everyone works well together and enjoys working with each other.

I toured with sales director/tour guide Valentino. He was very knowledgeable and so were the clinical staff. All nurses were very friendly greeted us as we toured. Residents looked happy and engaged. It was very nice. Too bad my loved one passed away and wasn't able to move-in.I would highly recommend.

My mom is here. The place is very pleasant. You enter it and it looks like a hotel lobby. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. I had lunch there a couple of times, and what I had was pretty good. My mom's been happy with the food. I was there for an activity. They had a music program one afternoon. Her room meets her needs. Because my mom is in a wheelchair, there are still some obstacles for her to reach the sinks and stuff. It's not as easy for somebody in a wheelchair to get to the sinks. They have a lot of activities though.

My dad is in assisted living. They've been doing a lot with him. We just set up to have his mental health assessed and they are going to start physical therapy. They've been very attentive to him, have been willing to answer our questions, and have been very cooperative. He hasn't been in it that long, but it's been clean. He is going to be moved into an apartment now. The food has been good too. They've been keeping him active. They do activities every day. I was there yesterday and they had an event, a roaring 20s party with entertainment, food, and gambling for them.
