Great facility with lots of care and concern for their residents. One of the best facilities on the west side of Chicago. I would recommend this home to any of my friends or family.

Bed bugs,mice and constant walking in room without knocking staff as well as other residents, water pipe leaking all day Friday, Saturday morning it's pools of water and two small buckets, that's not catching the drops,staff inconsistent on policy,rules times of supposed groups and 20 groups needed before an independent pass is reviewed, only 7-10 groups are possible in a 5 day period no postings or intercom mentions of random groups
