I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My brother is at Alden Princeton Rehab & HCC. It's closer to where I live and where most of the family lives, so we don't have to travel so far to go see him. When we first started going, it seemed like the staff was a little bit secretive. But since we've been going out, they have opened up. I've learned who is the primary care doctor and everything, so it's okay now. His room is a small room with two beds in it. It's clean. One thing about this place is that it is clean. I haven't had a chance to see their dining area because they bring his food to his room. He can't walk or anything, so all his food is brought to him over there. It seems like they care for the residents. My brother is not doing any rehab, he is just resting and being comfortable. The atmosphere seems like it's okay there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I am so grateful to the staff! My Uncle finally makes sense like no more crazy long memory talks, when talking to me. He has the right medicine makes a world of difference. Yes, he will have his good and bad days. Though, I can sincerely say, a huge turn around. The staff, does take the time to talk to me. He will always have his mental health issues. Staff I ask if they have a few minutes to talk. These places are very busy having to care and watch out for their clients. I am one family member after over ten plus years, to finally be able to not constantly worry about my Uncle. Grateful for the time he has there. I finally have peace he is safe. Thank you, thank you, thank you. God Bless you all. The staff I sincerely love. My Uncle loves to call me as much as he can. He tells me nothing bad in his daily calls. I hope to visit soon again. I visited this facility

I had the privilege of visiting this facility. In general I thought the facility was well maintained, and you feel a sense of warmth and compassion upon entering the facility. The grounds of the facility were well kept. The common areas of the facility are the dining area, and the outside patio. The residence rooms are spacious and well lit. The staff and management of the facility appear to be very caring. I think the residents get quality care here. While I was there I noticed that the security on the front main entrance, was professional and greeted persons in a friendly manner. I would recommend this facility to individuals who suffer from chronic Mental illness, Alzheimer, or Dementia. I would rate this facility a 3 star out of 5.
