I went to visit K & W Care Home Stone Mountain. I like the location, and the people that ran it were very nice and informative. The place was clean and it just seems to be an easy transitional home. The staff was very educated, and I believe they were very skillful. They have many amenities from what I saw. The room was a good size and was appropriate.

K & W Care home is locally owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with over 30 years of combined Nursing experience. This six-bed home is located in a very quiet neighborhood in beautiful Stone Mountain, Georgia. Our Caregivers/CNAs are trained to properly care for senior-adults with long-term disabilities, physical limitations, memory care issues, depression and a host of other health conditions.
Our primary focus is to provide our residents with a safe and secure environment where we encourage independence and where they can comfortably relax and enjoy day-to-day life in a fun and family atmosphere.
K & W's Care Home is a caring and loving residential home where we provide services to adults ages 50 and older. We provide 24-hour monitoring, care, and oversight of our residents. Our staff will address the needs of our residents by providing a peaceful setting, meals, and social activities in a non-medical and loving environment. We ensure our residents are placed appropriately by collaborating and partnering with their doctor(s), family members, case managers, staff, and other professionals and supporters to help ensure our residents are offered the best opportunity to thrive so they will maintain optimal health and live a quality fulfilled life.
