I really love Allegiance Personal Care Memory Care, but it was just so out of the price point. It one was phenomenal though. It was very organized, very clean, and up to date. The owners were very friendly and very efficient. They're great listeners, and they seemed to care about the residents a whole lot. I think it was $4,000 monthly and then the $2,000 deposit for the upkeep or something. It was only the price with that additional $2,000 when someone already has to come in paying $4,000. I think it was more or less for the maintenance of the home, and I was like it was too much of a stretch. The staff members were very knowledgeable. They had a heart as well as compassion for what they did. I felt they were really going to take care of your parents or loved ones without you worrying or stressing. They gave that level of comfort. I also noticed the cleanliness of the kitchen area. It was very clean. The ambience was ten out of ten. It smelled good; it didn't smell like urine. You didn't know elderly people were living there. It was very immaculate.

My mom moved into Allegiance Personal Care Memory Care. The owner is very attentive. She keeps us updated constantly. I feel that my mom is very safe and well cared for. The owner is absolutely wonderful. The staff members are caring and attentive. They have just gotten to know my mom so well, and I really appreciate their attention to her and keeping her safe. They are just doing a great job. They have very simple food, but I think it's appropriate for their age. The owner helped me get some supplements for my mom, and that has worked out really well. It is an older home, but it is perfectly clean. They had music therapy last week, where someone came in and did music with them. They have story time. They have activities.

Ms.Gloria and the staff are truly exceptional caregivers. The facility is clean with spacious rooms. I am grateful for the care they’ve provided for my mother. Great communication and supportive for the family members as well.

I recently moved my mom from NC to GA to be closed to me due to her declining health and recent cognitive memory diagnosis. I was referred to Allegiance PCM by a close family friend. I was highly impressed with the overall layout of the facility as well as how comfortable the staff made my mom and I feel. My mom can appear a little shy/uncomfortable at times however I noticed that she was engaged during the entire visit. Once the visit was over and it was time to leave, she held my hand and asked if she could stay the night. That meant a lot to me. That truly warmed my heart. We love Allegiance PCM!!
