I stayed at Galleria Manor senior apartments for six years. I'd recommend it. I would be right there today but I had to relocate. I loved it. It was excellent. It's an independent apartment. If you can't take care of yourself or have a caregiver, you can't stay there. I never participated in the activities, but it was good for them. They had a game night on Monday, they did bingo, they played cards, Tuesday was bible study, Wednesday was another game night, Thursday was something, and Friday was dance. They had a dance club there. It was very active. The former manager was very good because she helped take me to the doctor when I had to go for a test. The staff was excellent. The area I was living in was very nice.

As a long time resident I am pleased to say this is the best community there is. We have very friendly residents who are always looking out for each other. There ate great amenities ams lit's of activities. The apartments agreed very spacious worth lots of closet space. Our maintenance staff is on top of the cleanliness of the building.

Galleria Manor is a gated 'independent living' apartment complex for seniors 55 years and older. It provides adequate parking, a grandparent's room, an exercise room, a computer room, and; a very nice social activity room. The key word to focus on is 'independent' and what it means to residents that lived within one. Many of those who do so are sustained by fixed incomes. While they do allow that some of their tenants receive discounted rental rates all of their tenants do not. Be sure of the consistency of your rental costs before you sign a lease. A lease rate should never be changed within the stated time line cited within the lease. Galleria Manor is peaceful and clean living environment. The onsite manager does her best to meet the rational needs of the tenant population. The apartments themselves contained from 800 to 900 plus square footage. But, the words 'independent living' hold true. While there are a few group activities sponsored by the owners, each individual tenant generally seeks leisure activities within and without the site for their selves. Overall it is a peaceful place to live, work, or play.
