"I checked out Rem Kiks. Everything looked very good to me. I like the programs that they have available. I like the facility. I like their nurses and staff members. I feel comfortable having my mother there. My mother has Alzheimer's, so we need to have a facility that would cater to that need, and they have that facility. Also financially, it is the best way for us to go. "

"Ejb Adult Day Care Center had wonderful staff. They were wonderful, but the place did not smell like a daycare. It was very family-oriented. The staff makes you feel welcome. If I had to recommend somebody to an adult day care, they would be the one. They had activities like arts and movies. They served two meals and one snack in a day. "

"If you have a loved one in need of an adult daycare program I highly recommend Peachtree Christian Health in Duluth, Georgia. It serves adults of all ages with dementia or other health impairments, and provides a safe, caring and engaging environment. My mom looks forward to attending each day (Monday - Friday) and comes home more alert and happy. They have meaningful activities all day beginning at 9:30 to 5:00 and are served a healthy breakfast, lunch and snack. I am personally thrilled and grateful to have found a reliable and supportive program with compassionate staff and volunteers!"

"Park Springs was such a grand place. The food was really good. We went for a presentation and then had lunch. They showed us one of the units in that particular building, which was kind of an apartment setting. One of the residents showed us her place, and it was huge. They have an ice-cream parlor and a game room, and it is a community. It is huge because they have so many hundreds of residents with so many units. They have a library, 2 or 3 different eating places, anda washer and dryer in the unit, you don’t have to pay for your phones and cable, and then they have transportation. It was a fabulous place. "

"When I volunteered here it was very calm and quiet most of the seniors were eating a small snack or watching television. I did not observe much one on one interaction between the staff and residents. "

My Mother was cared for at the facility for several months and I loved the staff and the facility. The director was amazing and generally cared for every person. You can trust you family will be really cared for here ..... You can't say that for every place."
