The staff appears too be friendly. The rooms are big and facility is very clean. The nurse interacts with me because I report problems and they try too resolve them and the biggest problem Is that you are not allowed too visit the classroom too see how love one interacts with others. Since you are not allowed too go in classroom I'm not sure whats taking place. The atmosphere was nice. Not being allowed to go in classroom to visit is unacceptable because I want too feel comfortable leaving my love one there. The quality of service is not the best in my opinion because if you not allowed too see how love one interact in classroom you can't be sure how treated. The Beginning I talked with staff and I had an interview, things seemed too be ok and I started asking questions like If I can visit and this is what they said," you can't visit her in classroom but we can bring her in waiting area for a couple of minutes too see her." I was outraged because this is third daycare my mom been in and I've never heard of that rule before.My mom started there and I expressed my feelings too owner and he said," this is a rule and I told him I did not like the rule and not make me feel good

I checked out Rem Kiks. Everything looked very good to me. I like the programs that they have available. I like the facility. I like their nurses and staff members. I feel comfortable having my mother there. My mother has Alzheimer's, so we need to have a facility that would cater to that need, and they have that facility. Also financially, it is the best way for us to go.
