I am writing to say that if you are considering placing your loved one here, you should feel at peace. My Mother passed after a brief time here but I was so grateful that we had found this place so that her last days were in a safe place with caring , loving people like Daniel, Mery and Sharon! It is a great relief to know that those who care for our family members are good people who are doing an excellent job of providing those things our loved ones need. I thank them all for taking such good care of my Mother and would recommend this place very highly!

The facility was immaculate and house was very up to date. Staff was extremely caring and friendly. Our experience was very positive and were able to help relieve our stress. The staff was very good with communicating with us which we very much appreciated.

I checked out Tender Personal Care Home II. I would not recommend it to my friend. There were mainly Alzheimer's patients there. Just because of the patients there, it was a little bit more of a nursing home feel because they're pretty incapable of interaction for the most part. Five residents were sitting at the table waiting for lunch and two or three of them were looking like they were falling asleep. One of them was as cute as a pie and grinning and waving, and the other one was sort of staring and moving his lips, just like he was talking to himself, but nothing was coming out. My mom went through the whole dementia thing, and I'm very familiar with those people and I adore them. But for my friend, it was a subdued atmosphere. It felt a little bit more like a nursing home atmosphere. It's somewhat depressing. It was a nice place, well-kept, and clean. The residents looked cared for. No issues at all. It just didn't seem like the right fit for my friend.

This has been a blessing to myself (wife) and his children. It is a beautiful well maintained personal care home both inside and outside. The caretakers and everyone are very experienced and loving to your loved ones. The owner Mary and son Daniel are very knowledgeable and heart warming people. Everyone is very willing to attend and except my husbands needs and he seems to be contended. The small number of clients accepted into this home is great. Your loved one's get so much more attention and care versus other places. I would highly recommend this home for the person you care about.

My Mom has been in this home for a year now. Being it is a small facility she receives individualized attention. The staff is friendly and gives a lot of updates. We are grateful because Mom would be lost in a big facility. She is very happy here.

Tender Personal Care Home II was a good place. It was actually our first choice but they didn't have a space available. They had better parking and better accessibility compared to the others. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful. The rooms were all very nice and spacious.
