Putting my mother in a facility wasn't something we wanted to do. My father is aged and could not take care of my mother. Since being admitted to Pretty Pond her health and well being have improved 100%. She receives wonderful care. I love the videos we receive from Ana. Something is ways going on from light stretches and mobility classes, house meetings on the menu, a swimming pool, and that is only a few amenities. I appreciate the care and love my mother is given every day. We are hoping to be able to place our father there as well. Thank you to the staff and owner of Pretty Pond for giving us piece of mind.

My wife was in Pretty Pond Manor ALF. She wasn't sleeping well and they just kept medicating her and I was a little concerned about that, so I went and brought her home. It's a small facility. I brought her in the 29th of September and I brough her home almost the end of October 2020. She kept trying to get out all the time, and she wasn't sleeping well. She would get up and she would wander around into some of the other rooms. The staff said they were gonna medicate her more and then she said if that doesn't work, my wife can find another facility. I was a little upset about that. I brought her home and she sleeps all night. In fact, I have to wake her up in the morning. It was a nice and clean facility, but I think it's way understaffed. Their max is 13 beds, and they do the best they can, but there's no nurse or anything like that. My wife really needs nursing; she doesn't need assisted. I stayed there one night with her and I had supper there and it was good. I think they need more staff. A lot of times, there's only one person there.

My Mother is the longest tenured resident at Pretty Pond Manor. That should tell you the level of compassion, professionalism and care that exists at this assisted living facility. Please consider Pretty Pond Manor for anyone who needs the services and care they can provide. You will be very happy with the choosing of the facility. The staff is well trained and care for the residents and the administration is committed to quality combined with cost efficiency. Again, chose wisely and keep Pretty Pond Manor on any choice list you may have.

Everybody was very nice at Pretty Pond Manor. The facility was clean, and the owner was very caring. The rooms were nice, large, and clean. They have a very nice dining room.

My Mother has been a resident of Pretty Pond Manor for approximately 6 months. I would have provided a review sooner but figured that the longer the stay time the more credibility would be assigned to my comments. From the initial acceptance of Mom to the facility to as recent as my visit yesterday I have nothing but glowing reporting to provide. The staff is very professional and more importantly caring of the residents. The setting seems more like a visit to someone's home than opening the door to a care facility. My Mom has actually had an improved persona and health since joining the PPM family. Please make this one of your stops if you need to provide an assisted living facility to anyone in your family with that need. It will be one of the best decisions for them and you as a person who cares or is caring for them.

This ALF is a larger "small home" ALF in Zephyrhills FL. Home to about ten to twelve residents at any given time. The home is clean and smells clean in addition. The outdoors lounging area is beautiful and relaxing. The staff seems minimal for the amount of responsibility in my opinion. The residents are encouraged to bring in thier personal items such as thier dressors and ect. There are minimal activities being offered. There are not many local areas to shop of going on daily outtings. The meals are home cooked three times a day, however I have not been there durring meal time. There is minimal parking.
