My mother is at Ursula's Haven. The staff takes excellent care of the residents. It's like personalized care because it's just a home and there's not so many people in it, so it's actually one-on-one care. She has a private room, and it's very clean, well lit, and safe. They give her what she likes pretty much. It's healthy food, and it's homemade.
