Don’t judge a book by its cover. Yes, is an old facility, however the care my mom received was outstanding. Staff was very visible, kind, caring and compassionate and accommodating. This is a small place with a homey atmosphere. Much better care than other beautiful, shiny, well decorated rehab facilities she was in before.

My mom moved in to Concordia Manor for about four months now. It's a very small community and they only take 50 patients. The staff are very caring and they know every individual patient by name. They know their likes and dislikes. They actually do have social time with the residents. They announce it over at speaker as well as going to each individual room to make sure they are aware of what's going on and they actually encourage them to come out and join. They do things that elderly people enjoy. They go over and above with everything.
