Small one on one care, I have no regrets trusting this home/facility. I highly recommend this place. Natacha and the rest of the caregivers are not just wonderful but indeed human and they showed and gave my mom the respect , care and that one on one attention that she needed. I would highly recommend this clean, tidy and extremely safe home for anyone that needs real care for themselves or their loved ones.

About Mercie's Place in Ruskin, Florida
Mercie's Place is a private residence that is licensed to provide housing, meals, and personal care services for up to five (5) older persons and disabled adults who are unable to live independently. Unlike assisted living facilities, we are owned and operated by licensed AFCH “providers” who live with the residents they serve. Mercie’s Place services and accommodations include: General supervision; Three (3) main meals, snacks, and refreshments; If needed, assistance and support related to: self-administration of medications; personal hygiene, grooming, dressing; dining, use of the restroom. Light housekeeping and laundry services Coordination of medical appointments Coordination of transportation to and from appointments Planned indoor and off-premises activities Access to telephone, basic cable, and Wi-Fi for resident’s use Access to community computer and tablet for resident’s use Almost 3,000 square feet of shared living space Both private and semi-private rooms Monitored home security system Waterfront property Fenced yard Gated community Feline friendly (restrictions apply). My sister is moving into Mercie's Place. I chose it because it's small, it's not very large, and the fact that she would get more one-on-one care than a larger facility. It's a very nice place; Natasha has been very helpful. The facilities are very nice. The place is spotless. It's really clean. It's quiet, which I think is very important for somebody that has memory issues. Natasha is a wonderful person. She's very caring. I saw a place to sit out back; she has it all fenced in. She does have the front area closed in with the screening, so if somebody wanted to sit out there they could.

When the time came to find long term care placement for my mother, I immediately knew we found the PERFECT place @ Mercie's Place! The provider makes my mom feel at home and our family feel secure with her placement. This adult family care home, which is in a gated-secure community, is immaculate and the environment very warm and friendly. I am regularly kept informed about my mother's progress and medical needs and we feel welcomed by staff during our weekly visits with my mom. My mother has been at Mercie's Place just over a year and I have seen visible improvements in her physical and mental well-being, including healthy weight gain. My mom enjoys her daily meals, watching TV & movies, reading, accompanied walks and outings. I would HIGHLY recommend, without any reservation, Mercie's Place for your loved ones. ❤

Lamercie HC is a wonderful home to place your family member. Natasha is a warm and loving individual. She goes over and above to make sure her residents get the best care. She cared for my sister as if SHE was her sister. Keep loving and caring. "You are a rare gem in this business". Thank you
