Marion Oaks is extremely clean. My father is upstairs on the second floor and we liked the layout, and there are two people on constantly for the 10 residents that are up there 24/7. He is always clean when we go in. They take him downstairs to the assisted living sometimes to do activities, and he made me a Valentine's card. He enjoys the food, and it's served hot. They prepare the food down in the first floor and they get the residents down to the lunchroom. The food is warm and has good portions. It's almost too much food for him because he really never finished anything. I've been very happy with the staff and the 2 coordinators. They have worked really hard to get physical therapy in for my father. He's in a fully furnished respite room, and they waived the community fee and everything.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Marion Oaks Assisted Living. It's wonderful, clean, and well staffed. The staff members are all friendly and very helpful. She loves every one of them. I've been in the dining room three times; their food smells delicious. She eats everything they give her, so she must like it. She loves their activities.

My mother moved to Marion Oaks, and its a locked facility, which is what we wanted. The staff is great with my mom, but they don't have registered nurses there. They pass out meds but don't give shots. It's a nice, clean, and practically new facility. They each have their own rooms which are larger than some of the other places we looked at. They have bingo and a very big, varied menu.

Marion Oaks was not very nice. It was just a small tiny building with no amenities. The staff was very nice.

My friend was at Marion Oaks Assisted Living several times. It was an excellent, fabulous place to put somebody in. Everything about it was perfect.

My friend is at Marion Oaks. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They do spend a lot of time with my friend, which I appreciate because she has no family. They're very kind to her. With regards to her diet, they're very accommodating. They have been there to help us so there is nothing with sugar and nothing with salt. It is not a medical issue; it is just her choice, but they have been very accommodating. I would recommend this community.

The staff is amazing at Marion Oaks Assisted Living. They are very warm, friendly, and caring. They are great! The general atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are beautifully appointed. There are trees, flowers, and branches painted on the walls. It's just a beautiful facility. My mother loves the food. They have different tables where 3 or 4 people can sit and eat. They do outings for those who are able to do that; they take people to lunch as well. They also take them out for pedicures or haircuts.

The manager of the Marion Oaks is there on site and is always there intermingling with the people. The staff is always there, too. They have a regular eating or dining room. They can eat in their rooms, or they can join the others. It's got a day room where they can do their activities. It's a great place. The owner of the place is right there and always available. They have hall monitors. It's just very well-staffed.
