My mom moved into the Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. My mom was at their sister facility, and they had an opening in their facility for memory care, so we moved her here. It's a nice place. The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and a musician comes in. They celebrate the birthdays of everybody for that month. They sing along, and people have a good time.

I like that the Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was well maintained and the staff were welcoming. They expected us. They sat down with us and we had a good exchange of conversation. It used to be a hotel and it still has some appearances of a hotel. It has a nice outdoor pool and the common areas have updated furniture. The rooms were all in good shape, just like you would expect in a hotel. They were well done. If I have to say something negative about it, it would be that it's on a major road. So, I don't know that I heard any special noises that way, but it's just a small negative. It's located in the downtown area of Boynton Beach. I would want to go there if I needed a place like that. It looked like they had it all. It was a very nice place. Everybody we met was very nice and everything I saw looked like it was in top shape.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was very cute and very charming. A little bit older, but they had a pool and one of those wheelchair assists to help people get into the pool, which was a big plus for us. They had a large studio that you could share with another person if you wanted to reduce the cost, which was a big deal for us as well. So, there were other options for pricing and ways to make it work, because in a lot of other places, there's no wiggle room, but in this case, they had two options, which we found helpful. Everyone was really happy there. I think that was even the place where some of our residents said that they loved it. They had a movie theater and a hair/nail salon.

I've been here at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for over a year now. They are raising the rent here and they need a good chef. The food is terrible, so I buy my own food. They have a nurse here named Diana, and everybody does not like her. She's mean and nasty. But the rest of the staff is really good. They come and clean once a week, and then they do my laundry once a week, and those are the two things that they do well. I have a 1-bedroom apartment and it's pretty nice. I like it. It doesn't have a kitchen, but it has a small refrigerator, and I brought my own microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. We get entertainment once a month. They have a dining room and a bistro where you can get your coffee and water, and they put donuts in there now and then. It's very conveniently located. Across the street are McDonald's, Walgreens, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Wells Fargo. Around the corner are Fancy Nails, Banfield Pet, and PetSmart, and then behind them are Publix and Panera.

The facility is very clean, homey feeling. Residents are friendly and the staff is excellent. Have not had any problems in the 9 months my mother has been there. The medical staff take very good care of my mom and the head of the nursing staff is always there to answer my questions or concerns. They all take very good care of my mom.

My husband Ed has been a resident there for 14 months. He is very happy there and when I have taken him out , he refers to going back as home. Since I can’t take care of him anymore I appreciate what GV and especially Diana the director of nursing there has done for him and myself. I’ve been relieved since his admission and know he is getting great care and the staff and Diana are on top of their game.

My parents are currently at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. The appearance of the facility is very nice. The rooms are nice and large, but I've gone through four directors and they just decide to change rules and give pretty names to these new rules, but there's no consistency that's appropriate there. There's an LPN that runs the place who has probably the most unfortunate personality I've ever met. She keeps sending my dad to the E.R. without respecting his wishes. The food there is fine, and my parents are OK with it. They have a pool. They have bingo and all the other activities. The aides there are lovely with my parents, except for the management and the nurse that runs the place.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was beautiful. Their staff was excellent. The rooms were very nice. They had a pool, a cafe, restaurant-style dining three times a day, a beauty salon, and exercise. No hot tub though. They would go and check on you during the day. Their services included cable TV, internet, utilities, an enclosed courtyard with exit control systems, and scheduled transportation to take you to shopping, to the bank, or to medical appointments.

We looked at the Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. I didn't like the floorplan. They had two open floor plans for activities and dining, so it was very noisy. It would have been reasonable value for money. The building was great. The people were very nice. The activities as I recall were on the first floor, which was too busy and too noisy. The director gave us a tour. She was new. She was only there for about two months, but she was excellent.

We chose Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for my father. He liked the atmosphere, they were nice to him, and they were amenable to his needs. The staff is attentive for what his needs are. Everything's on the premises. Everything is in close proximity, so his level of needs is quickly sufficed. There's a salon, a pool, and an open area with a big television where you can socialize. There's transportation to go to the grocery store or doctors' appointments.

My father, age 91, was here just over a month after suffering a devastating head injury in March 2022. The services offered were good and sometimes great but other times really left much to be desired. Bobby is an amazing chief of operations that always has a smile and gets things done quickly, as quickly as is in his capacity. We ran into language issues w/ staff caring for my dad as well as poor follow through when specific tasks were requested. All in all, they are doing the best they can with what they have, given the high turn-over work environment we live in. God bless the dedicated hard-workers in this industry - true Angels among them that help our elderly get by day to day. Yes, I would recommend this establishment.

The people at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach were very interesting to talk to. The place was clean and they have a security sensor on the ceiling. It was memory care and it looked fine. I only met the woman who took us around and she was very pleasant. It's like being in an apartment house where you go in and close the door and you're completely alone.

I'm a resident of Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. The staff members are very responsive and very polite. They do the job really well. They have activities on a daily basis. They usually have a couple of things, but I don't participate in too many of them. This facility is really geared for people that don't really attend to a lot of these activities, but they provide them, and they're very good about providing them. It's not their fault if a lot of people don't show up. Some people do show up, but not a lot. The food is OK. It's not A1 but considering the price range that this facility is in, I think the food is pretty good. It also often depends on the chef we have, and right now we have a good chef. My apartment is really nice. They did a great job in renovating. I don't know how long ago they did it, but it's really gorgeous, and it's really quite outstanding. They have a couple of amenities. They have a main living room on the first floor, and they have a small library. Then they have another library and living room on the fourth floor. They keep books there as well, and they have a book club where people can exchange books and occasionally, they bring in new books. This is one of the least expensive ones that you're going to get this quality.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach seemed to be well-run and very clean. I was impressed. The staff was excellent. Everything was clean and they had a nice pool in the back. They seemed to provide great care and have a lot of services and programs, but of course, it's just limited with COVID.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was very nice. The dining area was a good size. It was very well decorated and looked really clean. The facilities seemed well-kept. I got to see the showroom and it looked really nice as well. They had a couple of different options, a shared room available and a private room. It was a converted hotel, so it was not huge, but it was sufficient for what my dad would need. The staff was very pleasant, accommodating, and welcoming. I enjoyed meeting them. It was definitely one of the top places on my list.

I like the facilities at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach, I liked the activities, and I liked the staff. The only negative is that they didn't have any rooms on the first floor, so you would have to get in an elevator. The reason that's more of an issue for me is because my grandmother had a fear of elevators, so every time she wanted to leave or get a meal that would be a challenge for her. I don't feel like I interacted with the staff quite as much as I did in the other place. They were really, really friendly at the other place, and at Grand Villa they were a little more standoffish. It doesn't necessarily mean that's a negative. They didn't have a gym, but they had a salon, a pool, really good services, lots of games, happy hour and cocktail parties. They seem to have a lot more activities than the other place I've visited.

My mother was a resident for many years of both the assisted living and memory care sides of Grand Villa. The facility is clean, well kept and comfortable . They have a caring and pleasant staff who kept her clean, comfortable and safe. We would enjoy sitting by the outside pool together when I visited her. They have a chef and staff who prepare very good food. They have great gathering areas for watching tv and for the many activities available. The staff took the proper precautions during Covid, and this continues. I would recommend this facility for a loved one who needs care.

I felt Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was an adequate facility for my brother age wise, because he's only 73. Also, it was very inviting going in. It didn't look like a nursing home, and it didn't smell. Everybody seemed very nice. It was a price that he could live with if he was going in there. I liked the atmosphere when I walked in. They have a pool there outside. It isn't brand new, but it seems very nice. The director iss new, and he's only been there a little bit, so he really doesn't have a lot of answers. He's still learning everything. Everyone was wearing masks. Everyone's still protected, and they take precautions. I didn't have any problem going in there.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was very nice and very upscale. It looked like a high-end hotel. Their dining room looked like a restaurant, the rooms were immaculate, and they were friendly. There was nothing out of place. It was very nice. They were in the middle of doing some renovations, like cleaning down new carpeting and painting, and the prices were good with that one.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was very nice, but everything that I saw looked a little dated. It wasn't as new looking as the other place I visited, but the rooms were basically the same size. The staff was able to show us a large studio. There were no large studios to tour at the other place, but everything was the same. The staff was friendly. They definitely had activities for everyone. Everything was neat, and they were cleaning up from lunch and doing it very systematically.

I have a friend who lives in Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and that place is kept very nicely. There are lots of activities, and the food is good. They have a bistro where you can get coffee and snacks during the day though you can't do it now during the pandemic. They offer a refrigerator, a seat in the bathroom and the shower, a big closet space, temperature controlled rooms and they keep it clean. The food is excellent, and the staff is very responsive. They have a giant library and a big screen TV, an activities room, and a swimming pool.

I realize that this is a tough time during the Pandemic. The residents are so bored because they are not being motivated. There are no activities except for Bingo. Surely you can be more creative....entertain them by playing music. Even in their rooms or sing with them with their doors open in the hall ways....provide moviies for ....following the CDC Rules. They need to be motivated....you are the professionals....you should know better than me.

My mother is at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. Everything is fine, she's safe and taken care of which was my criteria for assisted living. I looked at a bunch and that was the one we liked the most. The place is clean, bright, and comfortable. The rooms are nice. I would recommend them because they met the needs we have.

The tour at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was good. What they showed me was impressive. They had an assortment of studios, one-rooms, and two-rooms. They also had an assortment of group activities. I didn't stay very long to see, but they had a game room and an entertainment room with a television.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is a small, beautiful, friendly community. The dining room is very quaint. The entrance is has nice tiled and wood floor. My mom is in a brand-new room that they have just remodeled. They are remodeling the rooms with wood floors and carpeting and new refrigerators, too. The nurses have been wonderful. My mom has only been there for a month, but we have been having a great experience. She has Parkinson's with the onset of dementia, and they distribute her meds on time. They have entertainment all the time and good food, although it is not gourmet. They had a meeting of things that needed to change, like Mom has congestive heart failure, but they didn't have anything on the menu with low salt, so they changed things to provide them with additional items. This community has just changed over to Grand Villa, and they're doing a nice job. I'm happy for them. The people are very happy there.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach was nice and clean. We didn't have an appointment as we had just stopped by, but the lady at the front desk was very nice. They gave us a little tour, which was nice. The room was nice, too. They had an activity room, but they had just finished eating, so there was not too much activity going on. Grand Villa was very nice. I give them a 5 for ambience, cleanliness, and customer service.

I love the Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. Everybody is very friendly, keep in touch with the relatives, and are definitely on top of the residents. It is like a family and gives my sister and me a very comfortable feeling about our mother living there. We know she is safe, secure, and having a very nice life. They have a lot of activities, like bingo, poker, and canasta. Their dining room is really nice, and they have a lovely, little café. They are doing some renovations, so it is going to be nicer than it is, and I can’t wait for the changes. They also have a lovely pool, and it makes my mother very happy. We are very satisfied.

Grand Villa is very nice and very well kept. The people and staff are very friendly; they make it feel more like a home than an institution. They have activities like movie and poker nights and an outdoor pool where they do exercises. They have a very nice dining room where they serve three meals a day. We had a good dinner there.

I liked Grand Villa of Boynton Beach, and it was very nice. The staff is very nice, professional, and informative. I would have liked to live there myself. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept, clean, and very nice. I like the rooms, and they were very nice. The shared room was very nice, big, and beautiful. It was a hotel that was converted into a senior living facility. I would absolutely recommend it.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach used to be a hotel. It has a swimming pool and a library. The place was very clean, and it's getting better. They were fixing the sign above the door when I was there. The guy who assisted us was very nice. He showed us everything that was going on there.

My mom will be in respite at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for a short stay. It looks more like a hotel than an old age home. The room looks like a hotel room, nice-sized, queen-sized bed, with brand-new furniture in the room, and it's small but adequate. The dining room looks like a restaurant and the staff is very friendly. We're doing a short-stay respite for a month. There's a small living room and there's a pool which is very nice. The room has a small fridge and a private bathroom. Everything looks really good.
