My father is at The Atrium at Rocky Hill. The services they're providing and their communication with us have been really good. The residents most of the time are in an open space with other residents, so they have human interaction (which I believe helps them out). They have a chef on site that makes meals and they would accommodate different types of dietary needs. They have a couple of entrees that folks can pick from and then they have a standard everyday menu that if you don't like the entrees, you can pick what you would like to eat. I had some of the various meals and I found the food to be very good. It's a very good facility. Dad shares a room with somebody and if you choose, they can provide all the furniture for you. The rooms are clean. Each has its own attached bathroom. They do field trips like going to the museum or park. Onsite, they have multiple large-screen TVs that folks can watch in the common areas or their room (but you have to essentially pay for cable if that's what you want). They have Wi-Fi as well. The people are very friendly and very accommodating.

I liked everything about The Atrium at Rocky Hill. They were very polite and kind. Everything stood out in the community. They had a lot of activities. The rooms were nice. They're a little small, but they're good for one person. If I had the money, I would have put my father in one of them. Cleanliness and upkeep were very good. They have a walkway or a little path that we've seen and a gym with weights that they could work out in. The menu got good food. The dining room was nice. They told us that if he's on a special diet, they'd work with his diet arrangements.

I like The Atrium at Rocky Hill. It really impressed me. I liked everything that I saw there. I really did. It's exclusively memory care. They have the aging in place philosophy, where they can provide mechanical diet and do two-person assist. If somebody loses their mobility, they can do hospice onsite. The activities and the physical facility itself are designed for residents with dementia, so it is all one floor. There are secure outdoor spaces that are freely accessible to the residents, and that is something very important. The rooms are very nice. Everyone I talked to impressed me very positively. The atmosphere was really nice. The staff I talked to were really nice. I saw activities going on. The staff interactions with the residents were really positive. The physical condition was very nice. There wasn't anything I didn't like. From the tour, they were pretty great.

My husband is moving into The Atrium at Rocky Hill. I chose it because it was family friendly, it was clean, I felt that the whole staff that I met was very nice, and it felt like the right environment for my loved one. We've chosen a room already, and they showed me everything they had. They had both private and shared rooms there. The staff mentioned there is a salon, so they'll bring in someone for hair and nails, they have someone come in and clip their toenails, just everyday grooming. No people coming in singing because of COVID, but they will eventually have people come in.

My brother-in-law has moved into The Atrium at Rocky Hill. It is very clean and very nice. As far as we can tell, the people are wonderful. My brother-in-law has dementia, but he still has a lot of good memories, so he has difficulty finding someone to converse with. Other than that, there's really been no big problems. I think they're doing a good job. Every time we ask questions, the staff members have been very helpful, and they're always smiling. I have no complaints about any of them. They have plenty of activities, but my brother-in-law doesn't want to participate. He went to a festival at one of their places, and he seemed to enjoy that. The cost is reasonable.

My aunt is in The Atrium at Rocky Hill and it's been an excellent experience. It's neat and clean, they're caring, kind, and very nice, that's why we picked it. The rooms were very neat, very clean, tidy, and secure. The dining area is restaurant style. There's a garden and they have different activities every half hour of the day, which are voluntary. The residents are not forced to go. The staff is very cooperative and caring.

My wife is in day care 2 days a week at The Atrium at Rocky Hill. It's still early on in the process, but it looks good, so far. There's a lot of social interaction, cooking, and a variety of different things that will help stimulate her somehow. The environment is very comfortable and very friendly. The staff is very friendly and very caring, and I am comfortable with them.

The Atrium at Rocky Hill was by far the nicest place I visited and had very friendly staff. In their memory care facility, you would not see the clients right away when you walk in. Instead, you walk into a beautiful welcoming room. The bedrooms were off from the main part, so it was quiet. I especially liked the way the cafeteria was set up with two separate sections. Depending on the level of care was how they were served. It was totally different from the others.

The Atrium at Rocky Hill was for dementia patients. The residents looked comfortable. The dining area was nice. It was a small place, which was a plus, and had a good staff ratio.

My mother is at The Atrium, and I'm extremely happy. She has been there for three months now. This is the most phenomenal place I ever found. They are the most caring. It is better than I've ever expected. I visited multiple places, but these people have a very caring attitude. They went onto distance to help me too as well as my mother. They're just phenomenal. They're just amazing. My mother got kicked out of other places, and she had been in many other places, but this is the best one.

We're looking at The Atrium at Rocky Hill. They're dedicated to dementia patients. The apartments were good. Everything was nice and of good size. We have enough room, and you can go outside to the garden area. The staff was very positive. As we walked through, some of the residents all seemed upbeat and enjoying themselves. They didn't seem to be sitting in the corner.

My mother is at The Atrium at Rocky Hill. The reason I chose this place is because I had someone who had a parent who is at this place. When I went there and interviewed with the staff, they were really good. They were friendly and caring. They did a great job in showing me everything.

The Atrium was a very attractive facility. It appeared to be well managed. It was a little more restrictive than what I needed.

It was one of the hardest decisions my Dad and I ever had to make. We knew that my Mom was unable to return to the person she was. We were in the Emergency Department at least once a month and the demands on my Dad were increasing.Even though Mom had 24hr. care she still relied on my Dad for most things. I had visited The Atrium a year before she was admitted. What impressed me most was the kindness and understanding we all were shown. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff always has a smile and a kind word. When I enter the building I feel as if I am not only visiting my Mom but a group of friends. My Mom is kept safe, clean, fed and entertained! If we encounter a problem,it is addressed immediately. The Atrium has enabled me to have peace of mind and the ability to return to my own life. Joyce

The Atrium is an Alzheimers care and even though my mother is not ready for that yet, they were cordial. Everybody was excellent. If I have questions, I am free to call and they would get back to me right away. My mother had already gone to a hospital and a nursing home, but nobody told me she is a sundowner. She has dementia, so when the sun goes down she gets very confused and agitated. I did not know that. The Atrium was the first one to tell me that my mother is a sundowner.
