The Residences at Balfour is excellent. The layout is very good. The staff is very helpful. They provide whatever services my father needs. He also has outside services provided right now. The food seems very good. He's been using the spa for massages, the main seating area during happy hour, and the dining area for playing cards.

The Residences at Balfour is beautiful and the staff is really helpful. The food is fabulous. My mom does a whole bunch of activities like creative classes, Bingo, blackjack, drumming and trips. The apartment is really spacious, bright, and it's got a great view. My mom can see the mountains from her room.
