I toured. It's very good. The size of the room is very good. It's a good potential. The dining area looked very clean and pleasant. The parking area was good. The lot was full, but there were a few places left. The library was well-taken care of.

The person that gave me the tour was very helpful. The accommodations were nice. Everything was clean and attractive. But the units are smaller than the ones in Boulder, and they did not have a washer and dryer in the unit. And that was pretty much a requirement. So, that would be my reason for not choosing them. They had a table with puzzles. They had a movie theater. But I didn't see anything in progress. There were lots of residents in the common living area. It's older, and it's hard to make those look great. They had an impressive library.

The one we chose is here. It was the one that my mom liked. It was very welcoming and very open. The residents looked happy. They were always around, always helpful, looking around at everything, and very attentive to the residents that were there. The room was a perfect size for a one-bedroom. It was clean. It had a nice view out the window. It had everything that my mom would need for a one-bedroom little apartment. It looked like a healthy environment. There were people walking around. There were people in the community room. There were people in the lobby reading. They were enjoying their meals. They spoke to us when we walked around. They had the menus, a little bistro area, and a theater. Everything else was great. They were having a meal when we were there, and the dining area was very nice. They had plenty of activities. They had a movie every night. They had church services, and they had scheduled outings. They had art classes, libraries, and exercise classes. I think they had a Bible study. There was a lot of different things for different interests. You could tell they were trying to appeal to a lot of different people and their interests. The community layout was very nice. You didn't have to walk too far to everything. The areas were kind of grouped together. It wasn't too confusing. It's easy to walk around and find things.

It has been great and really responsive. Everybody's really friendly and helpful. We haven't had any problems. It's homey, very clean, and well-appointed. Everything is convenient, like the laundry room, and a little beauty shop there. My mom can participate in several different exercise type things, there is Active Minds, a library, side trips that they can go on, bingo, games, and shopping. They have lunch and dinner every day and the breakfasts are continental, except on Wednesdays when they offer a full breakfast. The food is good, but some things need improvement. The staff is great, really helpful, nice, friendly, and they know the residents' names.

It was absolutely excellent. They had somebody at the front desk all the time, and it's a small community. They had a wide-screen TV, a rec room with machines you can go in and use, events occasionally, and a hairdresser who can fit you in no matter what time you want. The food was excellent.

It was very nice. They had a lot of amenities. I would give them a very positive rating for the person who showed us the amenities and everything that they have. She did a wonderful job. The dining area was very nice. It looked like a nice place to live. They provided transportation, entertainment, all kinds of physical activities, movies, and everything.
