We have the most caring and wonderful Manager. Grace works so hard to keep all residents happy. These are low income 480 sq foot apartments. The living space is fine although the kitchens are very small. The outside areas are kept clean and well maintained. The interiors are also kept clean and well organized. My only complaint is I wish we had washers and dryers inside each apartment. Each building has 2 washers and dryers on the second floors.

I'm currently staying at Broadview Apartments. The place is good and I recommend it to others. My only complaint is that the kitchen is not well and we don't have a patio.
