"I toured Grace Pointe Continuing Care Senior Campus. It looks nice. I just thought it's gonna be a good move. The rooms look like any other one. It's just like the whole package deal. The rooms are nice and bigger, and so is the whole unit. I found the room and found the one I needed to put my husband in, and it was open. This is close to the dining room, so I think it's going to work out."

"My father is at Pelican Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center. I believe it's the best program for him. His room is very clean. I like it. It's very good. The staff is very polite, very nice, and very helpful with bathing, meals, clothing, and laundry. The facility is very clean."

"My mom moved into Columbine Commons. It gets rated really high, and they have a good record. They're fully staffed. They have no problems keeping their staff. They're very caring and loving people. My mom's been really happy with her care. They take people out to different activities. They have an exercise room. They show movies. They have a beautiful patio. They have different people come in to do church services and fun activities all week long. The staff is very friendly, very caring, and very patient. They don't delay coming to check on their people when they're alerted, so that's good."

"The Suites (The Suites Fort Collins) is clean, new, modern, fun, and comfortable. They have a movie theater and nice lounges. My mom says she doesn't like the food though. I think they could also do a little bit more outdoor activities and get the residents out and about a little more. They have some activities in the facility, but then if you're in there all the time, it'd be nice to get out. They're also pretty expensive."

"This place absolutely, positively ROCKS. Centre rehab had given up completely on my Mother-in-law; told us to find a nursing home...My Mother-in-law has absolutely thrived here. The staff to patient ratios are low, and each patient is treated with love and respect. The facility is more home like, than clinic-like. Staff checks in with patients frequently. Staff to patient ratios are low. Long story short, Centre gave up on my MIL, The Green Home has caused her to THRIVE. She is happy there, and in all likelihood will be able to return to her home. The Green home had my MIL up and walking on day ONE. Caring for the whole patient makes a WORLD of difference, and that's what you get here."

"We went to Loveland Village. The rooms were very nice. They had a beautiful dining room. They have a lot of things for the people that are living there. They have like a beauty salon, they have a coffee bar, they have snacks, and they have activities, and all the people there seemed just wonderful. They also have a good security system. It's clean, it's modern, and it would be a perfect place for my mom, but she just won't go somewhere. The rooms were modern, clean, and nice. They're perfect for somebody that is looking for an independent living community. They have an exercise room, and they have physical therapy and occupational therapy on site. They may even like a whirlpool bathtub. They serve three meals a day plus you can order snacks in your room. The only drawback to this place is that it is on the other side of town. People could bring their cars, but I think it might be hard for elderly people to get back into town, it's kind of far out there, so that's the only drawback. But they do offer transportation, too, so that's a plus."

"This is a really beautiful nursing facility inside and out with a caring staff. I was a patient/resident for 4 weeks in 2018, while recuperating from a broken hip. I had a large nicely furnished beautiful private room and bath; the nurses, physical therapists and support staff were all caring, attentive and encouraging. The physical therapy department was superb. For entertainment we had top notch musicians, art classes and a small library. The beautiful dining room was large and inviting, with delicious meals, and I will always remember the best ever brownies. There are no comparable facilities where I live in So. Ca. I rate my total experience there on a scale of 1-10, a well deserved 10. "

"My Dad was in this facility for 5 weeks recently (entered on Halloween of 2019). He recieved great care from great staff and got steadily stronger to return home and is now doing well. Hats off to the Admin and Nursing Staff, PT, OT, food prep, maintenance... A family member visited Dad every day and we were all very impressed with the whole experience. The Staff encouraged his independence, but stepped in with complete care when needed or desired. We are greatful and we made a lot of friends (residents and staff) while Dad lived there. "

"We live in Loveland and we want to be closer to mom. Columbine (North Shore Health & Rehab Facility) facilities are really excellent. The dining room is fine; the food is very good. My mom was actually a cook, and she is happy with the food there. It’s been good in all the Columbine facilities. It’s an older facility, but this place is kept up very well. There is no odor inside like you find in some nursing homes which is very good. The staffing is competent and friendly, and I think they have enough staff. "

"I liked the facilities at Good Samaritan Society-Fort Collins Village. It's nice and they had specific things for quality of life that were going to be good for my mom-in-law, like an indoor pool, community gardens, a chapel on site, lots of different activities, and a good meal plan. The floor plans, the whole thing was just really nice. There are nice walking paths, a full state-of-the-art exercise room, a little library, places where people can gather in groups, and a nice dining room. The staff seemed very nice. The ones that we met seemed to care about the residents and enjoyed their jobs. They were very nice and engaging."

"Loved the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, even when pressured by unexpected difficulties, like water being cut off by the City of Berthoud. No one missed a beat. Very impressive. Excelllent occupational and physical therapy. Kitchen does a good job on my gluten-free diet. good tasting food and plenty of it. Management is very involved in every part of running the facility and go out of their way to be helpful. I was blessed with a speedy recovery and am very grateful! Loved the activities, lots of them. And the rooms were large and comfortable. "

"My grandmother used to live at this facility before she passed away. Every time I came to visit one of the staff members would have her involved in some kind of activity. She seemed happy and proud. Everybody seemed to care about the residents, from the nurses to the housekeepers. It is an older building and the common area is a little small,, but the staff seems to do what they can to make the best of it. "

"My short stay was for Rehab only. Overall, the facility meets the need of the residents. Physical, occupational and speech therapy staff were/are knowledgeable, supportive and caring. Nurses and CNA's were/are genuine in their treatment of residents. Ensuring medicine and care as their top priority. Facilities admin, support staff and maintenance personnel maintained a caring positive attitude. Dining staff worked hard to accommodate the varied nutritional requirements for each resident. Unfortunately, a demanding and thankless task. Event staff also has the same task in meeting the interest of residents. I believe that the activities are appropriate for the residents. Ensuring that fun, creative and engaging events are planned. Each member of staff were/are excited to share in your accomplishments and to encourage you to be the best person you can be.
