"My father is at Briarwood Health Care. It is extremely clean, and you can smell the bleach in the cleaning stuff they’re using. It has four floors, it is extremely clean, and that is a real plus. The people at the reception desk, and the people helping us during the tour were very helpful, and answered our questions. They followed up again last night and answered more questions. My first impression is very positive. The dining area is very inviting, with clean, fresh table cloths. There are different dining places where people can eat depending on their level of care. On each floor, you have a main dining area, and different areas depending on if you’re there for rehab or not."

"My friend has been placed at Holly Heights Nursing Home Inc and it's been positive. I've been very impressed. They're very caring and accommodating. I can't imagine him getting better care anywhere else. It is a bit older facility, but they have done a great job of keeping it modernized. The rooms are a little smaller, but still very adequate. They have bingo with a deck of cards. Covid has pretty much locked a lot of the activities down. I sat with him for about an hour to play that game, that I found out later I wasn't supposed to. It appears as though their price for skilled nursing is right in line with other places that I checked. You're gonna pay about the same amount no matter where you go."

"One of the most important things I like about St. Paul is the caring of the staff for the residents. The staff puts a lot of energy in going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the resident is well taken care of in every aspect of being here. When I ask the nurses about my meds or appointments they know the answers to my questions. The rooms are beautiful and very well taken care of. All in all everybody focuses on the resident. The food is pretty good as well. Everyone, including the therapists, are focused on getting the resident great rehab and healthy enough to finally go home"

"My mom went here for rehab after a car accident. She is 90. The staff bent over backwards to get her bed, chair and room in general fixed up for her. Everyone was kind and helpful especially the admissions director Anita. Unfortunately she did not stay as she expected a fancier place. It is not, but a lot more open and accomodating than where she ended up. It looked to be well staffed and someone actually came when you hit the help button."

"My husband was a resident at Center at Lowry. This place was very disappointing for me. It was very clean, very nice. People were friendly, but I did not feel that he really was treated as well as he could have been. I had been there as long as five hours one time and not a soul came into his room, and he's bedridden. They lost all of his clothes, a whole week's supply of clothing. I did have some of his food, and the food was good. I can say that much for them. Edible, I should say for that place like that. I had no problems with the nursing staff other than I think that they were just overworked. There were just too many people for them to take care of, to do it properly."

"The rooms are like most healthcare facilities but are very clean. Staff is wonderful. Everyone is helpful, considerate, positive and seems to care. I don't think you could find a better place for your love one. I visit my mom several times a week and it is always positive. When something need attention it is taken care of immediately. If you need any kind of help everyone and anyone will assist you without question.They serve large and balanced meals. They work with each person according to their abilities. They allow each resident to have their own personality and work with them to accomplish what needs to be done. They take difficult people unlike most facilities that only want the easy ones. I have told my family if I need long or short term care I want to go to Julia Temple. I truly cannot find fault with the place or people working there. "
