My husband was a resident at Center at Lowry. This place was very disappointing for me. It was very clean, very nice. People were friendly, but I did not feel that he really was treated as well as he could have been. I had been there as long as five hours one time and not a soul came into his room, and he's bedridden. They lost all of his clothes, a whole week's supply of clothing. I did have some of his food, and the food was good. I can say that much for them. Edible, I should say for that place like that. I had no problems with the nursing staff other than I think that they were just overworked. There were just too many people for them to take care of, to do it properly.

The language Barrier, also few didn’t have as caring of a nature as I thought , I’m 65, had a hip replacement, and I’m there to get back on my feet , treat the personal with dignity, it’s humiliating waiting up to a hour on bedpans, and commodes!! I think some just look at it as a job , not as if this was me laying there how would I like to be treated
