At Applewood Our House, our mission is to provide an entire continuum of care by partnering with our clients to develop personalized nutrition plans, professionally developed geriatric exercise, mind stimulation, and meaningful activities. We are also very focused on the safety of our homes. Our floor plans are open and easy to move around and we have 24/7 care with a ratio of 1 Caregiver to 6 residents at the homes. We also have roll in showers, rooms that are oversized with pr ivacy and a half bath. Even in our companion rooms there is a lot of light coming into the rooms. - Special Comment: Applewood Our House Golden was completely remodeled in 2011 to serve our elderly with Alzheimer’s and dementia. We have 12 beds, with 8 private rooms and 2 double rooms. You will notice a fabulous setting in a Golden neighborhood with mature trees, a fabulous backyard and a garden for our residents, pets, and families to enjoy. We provide a 4700 Square foot Ranch home with hardwood floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms, with private baths for all rooms. The kitchen is the HEART of the house with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite to make our homes up to date for the life style our residents are familiar with.
