My son has struggled for many years before arriving at Monarch and he has now been in Monarch for 15 years without any incidents. He is doing so well there! And i am thankful for all that they do for him! He loves the staff and other residents and says it feels like home.

Dear Monarch Manor: I want to commend a member of your staff, Lupe, the Assistant Manager. Lupe’s skill set is exceptional and her uplifting personality is a great plus. It is strongly due to this combination of Lupe’s talent and kindness that brings me peace of mind about my son’s care at Monarch. I had the opportunity to meet Lupe in person only once, because I live many states away from Colorado. It can be very stressful not to have eyes and hands directly on my son’s situation. Because of Lupe’s presence there, I can relax and have confidence that his surroundings are steady, secure and happy. My son has been a resident of Monarch Manor for several years and has told me how helpful Lupe is to his ability to maintain stability and positivity. She is both a problem solver and a strong advocate for the people who live at Monarch. She is extremely competent in her ability to manage the overall care of the residents and to compassionately address their concerns. Anyone can go to Lupe with a question or a difficulty. When my son and I first arrived at Monarch, we were greeted by many friendly faces of the other residents. The house is older but the staff and residents make it feel like home. My son has been there for a year now and had a crisis within 6 weeks. The staff handled the situation so professionally and I feel like he is in the right place. He has since adjusted to his environment, made many new friends, participates in their many activities and seems to be doing better than I can remember. The staff at this home makes it easy to me not to worry about him.
